Story
Age: 4; Birthday: March 16 2022. Personality: Lola is a social, active, and energetic dog. She’s loves pets and cuddles and gets along well with other dogs and cats. She can be independent but ultimately loves to be around people. Lola is well trained and listens to commands such as sit, lay, stay, paw, back up, and jump. She is also crate trained since she’s been primarily living in apartments. Lola would greatly benefit from having a house with a yard she can run around in but also a space indoors. Additional information: Lola’s immunization records are up to date. She gets allergies during the spring and her ears/tummy can get red but if those areas are cleaned or treated with hydrocortisone, it prevents it from getting bad.

Story
This is Bubba! He’s about 2 y/o and 57 lbs of cuteness and sweetness. He’s very social with people and other dogs, loves to play and cuddles. I’ve been fostering him for 4 months now and he’s such a good boy. I found him wandering on my street and since I saw him I fell in love, I couldn’t just leave him abandoned. Unfortunately, I cannot have him anymore due to my work that requires me to travel very often. Bubba needs a family with kids and/or other dogs he can play with. Anyone who decides to adopt Bubba will be so blessed. It brakes my heart having to rehome him but he deserves so much better. He’s truly such a good dog and I want to make sure he will be under the care of a good and loving family.

Story
Tofu was a rescue but adapted to the house quickly. He has youthful energy, but listens to basic commands well. He love meeting people, plays well at the dog park and is very treat motivated. My father has dementia and has recently developed an unfounded fear of the dog. This is the only reason Tofu needs a new home.

Story
This sweet, wonderful dog was surrendered to me by a neighbor due to neglect. I would suspect he about a year old. He is so smart and so eager to please, and I have absolutely no doubt, with minimal training he will be just the best dog. He is great with my two small dogs and my two cats. He also loves to snuggle and can just chill with his people and furmates during downtime. This sweetheart just wants to be part of a loving family. If I had the resources, as he has already stolen my heart with his affection, I would keep him. I selected mutt for breed as I’m not sure what kind of dog he is, though he does appear to have a docked tail. Please reach out with any questions and let’s find this guy has forever family. UPDATE: Unfortunately, come March 17th I will no longer be able to house Rory. I’m not exactly sure what that means at this point. I’m not going drop them off at the shelter, and certainly won’t let him loose in the streets, but I need to match him w/ his forever family asap

Story
We adopted Remi over a year ago from a shelter. We wanted a companion for our dachshund. Remi was 1 year when we adopted her and is 2 now. She is a very sweet girl with but has increasingly started to dominate our dachshund. No bites but our other dog is now scared of her and we have to keep them apart not supervised which is stressful for both dogs. She is medium/small mix of poodle/Pekinese and chihuahua. She sleeps in her crate at night with no problems. Only barks if someone is at the door or if she feels nervous on a walk with other dogs. Remi would be so lovely as a solo pet with someone who is active and has time to train her properly. She still has some training needs like pulling on the lead and sit commands, but she is still young and very smart and loves belly rubs and being the centre of attention. We feel awful that it has not worked out and she deserves to be happy as does our other dog.
