Story
Maisey was found in an abandoned house as a puppy. I got her when she was 16 weeks old. She is almost 3 years old now! She is very very sweet and loves to learn tricks and fetch a ball and play with other dogs, hike and play at the beach. She can be shy when she first meets people but warms up quickly and has a preference for women. She tends to be more afraid of men, so a woman’s home is the best for her. She is 30 pounds and very healthy and happy!

Story
Duke was adopted from animal friends of the valley in July at 12 weeks old. He may have been mistreated there as he came to our house very skittish. Because of this we do not want to return him to the shelter. He is very energetic, he recently broke his leg jumping around and we have been working with his vet to help him heal from that injury. He is very good with other dogs including another dog living in the house and he loves to play. He is very good with our family to include three kids, he seems very trainable and loves to cuddle. Unfortunately he is not good at all with strangers to include adults and kids, he gets very anxious around strangers both in our house and in public, ultimately resulting in him biting one of our kids friends. Duke needs a more calm environment to live in where he does not feel anxious with kids and their friends coming and leaving the house all of the time. He is a really good dog, but the environment in our home is not good for him.

We have a delightful 2-year-old mix-breed dog named Josie. Although we're not entirely certain of her breed, we believe she is a Labrador/Pitbull mix. Josie is incredibly loyal, well-behaved, and house-trained. She responds to basic commands and gets along well with other dogs and children of all ages. Our entire family adores Josie, and we are committed to finding her a new home where she will receive the love and attention she deserves. She is a delightful companion who constantly seeks to please those around her. In excellent health, she has never required medical attention from a vet. Regrettably, we cannot provide Josie with the care and attention she needs due to our increasingly demanding schedules. We are determined to find her a loving and nurturing new home where she will thrive. Should her new owner change her heart, we will take her back without questions. Our priority is to ensure that Josie finds a loving and secure home.

Story
Betty is an amazing, loyal,loving dog who loves walks,kids,bones, hanging with her owners,and being the center of attention. When you walk into the room her tail starts wagging like a whip. That might be the only way she'll hurt you as she is the most gentle, carefree and loving dog we have experienced. She lives with my wife and I in Fallbrook with 2 older dogs and 2 young girls (3 and 7) who are her best friends. She loves to be outside, we have a 1/3 acre yard that she loves. We adopted her through ARE rescue outside of Petsmart in Oceanside on 2/11/23 and she was love at 1st sight. I never would have ever thought of rehoming her... ever. But due to family emergency and unforseen circumstances we are forced to do this.. She deserves a good home and owner as she is one of the most loving and deserving dogs you will find. Sweet little 8 year old boy. Loves to go on his walks and also enjoys his alone time. He is good with kids and dogs. He enjoys more the company of people. Loyal and obedient, potty trained. Is more of an indoor dog. I would like for him to have a good home, more than what I can provide for him. He deserves someone who will give him belly rubs and love unconditionally. Again, he's the sweetest little boy who deserves the world.
