Story
Mumford is a 9yo Lab / Pit mix. I’ve had him since he was 4mo old. He’s a very relaxed dog at home, still super agile, obsessed with his ball and semi well trained. He’s good on a leash and good with humans. He’s had a little (big) Great Dane sister for the past year that he gets along with super well, however he has some possessiveness issues and snapped at my girlfriends pug over some food and since we are moving in together, I’m making the sad and impossible decision to rehome him as I want him to be happy and not figure out how to manage keeping them separated or monitored 24/7. He’d be best in a home without dogs, he’s 9 but acts like he’s 5 relative to his mobility and health. He’s happy lounging all day or playing fetch for hours upon end. He loves walks and is friendly with other dogs when out in the wild, the only issues behaviorally have come with possessive characteristics (food / ball) with strange dogs. I just want him in a loving home as he’s been such a good dog to me.

Story
I rescued Duncan when he was only 10 weeks old. He is now 1 year 6 months. Duncan is the perfect family dog. Duncan is great with kids and other dogs. Duncan is none aggressive and is pretty good with his basic commands and recall. He is crate trained, house trained. Duncan sleeps both in crate at night and sometimes in the bed with me. He loves to hangout with other dogs at the dog park. Unfortunately with my night shift schedule I am unable to give him the attention that he deserves. He is also a medium size dog. Duncan is now 34 pounds of love. I simply do not have the space at my home for him to run free. I just want him to be placed in a loving home. No adoption fees are necessary. I have all of his toys and crate. This is so hard for me but I feel like I am being selfish not letting be with someone that can give him the time he deserves.

Story
Casey is a sweet and loyal dog with forever puppy energy. She loves being outdoors and her very favorite activity is swimming. She will swim for hours. She also likes retrieving objects or trash from the ocean and bringing them ashore. She is great off leash on hiking trails and loves playing fetch at the park. She is friendly with other dogs but people are her true love. She absolutely loves people. And food or treats. She is sweet and patient with our 18-month old as the toddler explores her boundaries and pulls on her ears and tail or pats her a little too hard. She loves exercise but doesn't need it as much as when she was a puppy; if she is stuck indoors she just sleeps or rests. We got Casey on the East Coast when she was about 6 months old. We have loved having her in our family but don't have the capacity and resources to care for her as much as we did before we had a human baby.

Story
Taymor is the sweetest 4-year-old pup and he is looking for a new home! He just came to town from Cairo, Egypt about 1 month ago and I am fostering him in the meantime - in order to make this travel the CDC requires neutering and all vaccinations and I have all documentation. He was found as a street puppy and has lived in an outdoor shelter in Cairo for his entire 4 year life but he is very well socialized with other dogs. He is still a little shy to people and loud noises but he is quickly warming up and stretching his long legs in his new surroundings. I find that the shy ones (once they do warm up) are often the most loyal. We have 2 others dogs in the home and he is having a great time running and playing with his new playmates. Given his background, I would say an enclosed outdoor area is a necessity and he would love another dog to play with. He is quiet (I have not heard him bark yet) and a handsome guy (deep soulful eyes). Help Taymor find his forever home!

Story
Navi will be four years old in September. She is enthusiastic and has never met someone she hasn't liked. She is crate-trained and knows several commands, which she will obey unless she is too excited to listen. She comes with all her accessories, including her crate, food bowls, placemats, leashes, harnesses, toys, grooming supplies, etc. As of July 2024, she is completely current with her medical care. She needs a home without small animals, which she will treat as toys. She has never lived with children, cats, or other dogs, though she has shown no signs of being incompatible with them.

Story
Rogu is an energetic and playful dog that enjoys running, playing catch, or just sitting with the family. He is house trained, crate trained, and is good with our kids. We adopted Rogu a little over a year ago, but we must find him a new home because we are moving in with another family. Rogu would be perfect for anyone looking for a loving companion. We would prefer he go to a home that does not have another dog.
