Story
Gracie is a social, affectionate, clean, and wonderful companion. She will be 15 years old at the end of October. But you would never know she is elderly. She still seems like a young cat in her prime and our vet says she is in excellent health. Unfortunately our 2 dogs have started to bully her which resulted in our Shepherd picking her up and running with her in his mouth. She is senior cat who is very tiny and our vet advises that she and the dog can no longer live together. We have her set up in her own room in the house that the dogs can’t get in since the incident, but for the long term that is not a fair situation for her. She is VERY social and loves to be with people and/or other pets. She is a persian/munchkin mix, and has a long coat. She likes to be brushed. We would love to see Grace in a calm(er), happy home with someone who is looking for a lap cat/companion. She is wonderful with other cats and great with dogs (as long as they are good with her.)
