Story
Meet Garlic Cheddar Biscuit, or Biscuit for short â&#194&#128&#194&#147 the silliest and most playful 2-year-old Mountain Cur pup you'll ever lay eyes on! This goofy girl is equal parts affectionate snuggle bug and energetic explorer. With her floppy ears, sparkling eyes, and adorable clumsiness, Biscuit is sure to steal your heart from the moment you meet her. She's up-to-date on all her vaccinations, spayed, and microchipped, so she's ready for her forever home! Biscuit is always ready for her next adventure, whether that's a romp at the dog park or a cozy cuddle session on the couch. While she loves to play, Biscuit is also professionally trained and takes direction well. She gets along great with older, calmer dogs, but she's been known to put a puppy in its place. Biscuit is still learning her size and strength, so while she is good with young children, she would do best with older kids who can match her high energy levels. An ideal home for Biscuit would have an active family and a large securely fenced yard for her to explore and burn off that young dog energy. This smart cookie is already crate-trained, leash-trained, and housetrained, making the transition to her new home a breeze. As mentioned, she has been professionally trained and knows commands like sit, stay, come, heel, etc., and is always eager to learn new tricks. Biscuit is an affectionate pup who loves to cuddle up with her people at any time of day. She would thrive in a home with owners who can provide her with plenty of exercise, socialization, and lots of quality time. With her silly antics, loving nature, and unwavering loyalty, Biscuit III is the complete package! * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * If you have a specific question about Biscuit III, then please email newdigs@dallaspetsalive.org. ALL PETS AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE DALLAS/FT WORTH METROPLEX MEET AND GREET APPOINTMENTS SET UP WITH PRE-APPROVED APPLICATION ONLY Puppy Policies: We do not adopt puppies under 6 months of age into apartment homes or homes without a fenced yard. All children in the home must be at least 5 years of age. We appreciate your understanding of these policies. Cheyenne is one sweet girl who loves attention! Chin scratches are at the top of her “favorites” list as you can see. She arrived from the Laredo shelter where she shared a kennel with Hammy who also joined RT4P. So far we know she likes other dogs and kids! She is potty trained and has already conquered the doggie door. She does really well in her crate too … she is only 8 months old after all so we think she is doing great Like all puppies, Cheyenne needs an adopter who is willing to train and work with her to help her be the best dog she can be. Story
Hi there! My name is Cocoa and I am the sweetest pup you will ever meet. I was found as a pregnant pup and brought to a kill shelter where I had my puppies and ended up on the euthanasia list. From there, a good samaritan took me and my puppies and saved us! She asked Ruff Road Revival for help finding me a home and boy, am I so ready!! While I am on the timid side, I warm up very quickly and I looooove my people. I am a smaller dog at only 35 lbs. I have the prettiest brindle coat, but I don't shed hardly at all! I am also potty trained and crate trained, making me the perfect house guest. I love other dogs and I am great with kids, but I would prefer kids that are old enough to respect my space and not climb on me. I have not been cat tested, but with my calm, submissive demeanor, my foster mom thinks I would do great! If you want the perfect low energy, snuggly pup to call your own, apply to adopt me here: https://form.jotform.com/243205808278157

Story
This delightfully charming fellow is Manchas, listed as a Catahoula Leopard mix that was surrendered on 4/8 to the Mesquite Animal Shelter. He weighs 60 pounds, is about 4 years old and is neutered. This remarkable boy has lots of personality. He knows the sit and paw commands. He is exuberant and excitable. Sweet boy is playful and loves squeaky toys! He will entertain himself and you when playing with his toys. He sits for treats and takes them politely. This friendly boy is perfectly happy with being petted and loved on. He has the best smile and would truly be a wonderful pet for someone who would stay committed to him, allow him to live inside and give him plenty of daily exercise, playtime, and maybe even teach him a few new commands. He appears to be house trained. He walks fine on a leash.

Story
Let me introduce you to this charming girl I have named Mindy. She was picked up by one of our officers on 8/29 and brought to the Mesquite Animal Shelter as a stray. Mindy weighs 45 pounds and is about 2 years old. My Dog Scanner app suggests her breed mix as Louisiana Catahoula Leopard Dog and Entlebucher Mountain Dog with a couple of other minor breeds in the mix. She has such an unusual and beautiful coat along with two blue eyes with one of the eyes half brown. Very unique. She has a calm and gentle nature, and is a bit shy still. She is docile and submissive with a chill personality. She was not interested in either treats or playing with toys and balls. She is friendly and will approach you for attention. She wants to stay close to a human friend. I feel she needs to build confidence and learn to trust. She does respond nicely to loving attention and does not in the least resist it. Perhaps you can tell that this little girl has won my heart! With her personality and nature, it would seem best for her to find her forever home with a laid-back, structured and well-ordered household. She absolutely needs to live as an inside dog and receive lots of TLC and become an important part of the family circle.
