Razzle Taz has the most beautiful coal black eyes that pierce  your soul as he stares at you begging for some love and attention.  This boy was taken from an abusive family who were bragging to co-workers about kicking and tying him up.  The co-worker contacted Critter Cavalry and we found a wonderful foster family that is spending time getting to know Razzle Taz and what his emotional and physical needs will be in life.  This boy is 6 months old and weighs 32 pounds.  He is slim and  sleek and has the energy of 3 puppies.   This boy is so smart and curious and he needs mentally fun challenges daily and some real walking and exercise time in a fenced backyard or on the road running with an active person.  This boy is very smart and would benefit from games, flyball, agility classes, just thinking activities paired with exercise.  He is friendly with everyone and good with cats, dogs, children and ready to take on learning all he can about the world.   If your are interested in this Mountain Cur mix pup please write to us at ccrtennessee@gmail.com   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comNovember 3, 2024, 10:10 pm

Story
Meet Owen!  A handsome, block headed, goofy boy who enjoys swimming, playing in the yard, and his toys. Owen is 3 years old and just under 70lbs.  He is a  total ham who doesn’t realize he is not a lap dog. Owen thinks he is a giant puppy (we won’t tell him he’s actually an adult). He has been described as a puppy in a full-size dogs body. &#226&#128&#139 Cats are a little too interesting to Owen, so no feline friends for this hunk. While he was great with human siblings before (ages 5 & 9), he does jump when excited. Once he’s past that though, he is just a big potato who wants a family to call his own.  Owen is also house trained, crate trained, and does well in the car. What’s not to love?  He truly is a love bug!!  If you would like to meet to OWEN HILL, apply at EHRdogs.org. November 6, 2024, 12:45 pm

Story
Basil is such a great young dog, and SO much more handsome in person. He is only about 2 years old and 45 lbs. Sweet, playful, affectionate and eager to please, this boy will not disappoint. Basil is good in all situations and with all dogs, and we can cat test. Really so cute and just a great family companion. A must meet, for he will steal your heart for sure.  LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER (Pregnant Dog Rescue) is a private, in home, all breed rescue facility. We exist only on the kindness of your donations and adoptions! We pride ourselves on being an HOLISTIC center and feed only holistic foods and various vitamins and supplements to all of our dogs. LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER dogs are well socialized, very friendly, and in wonderful health.  We stand by our pups/dogs, and give 10 days for a refund and almost always take our dogs back at any age of their lives (often depends on dog)! LMAC has an application screening process.  All applicants are asked to provide vet references, personal references, and a home visit.  We pride ourselves in matching up the right dog with the right home. Sometimes this happens quickly and sometimes it might take awhile. We hope you understand and are willing to wait for the perfect pup for your situation. We reserve the right to turn applicants down and to change our mind about a suitable match, for we are only concerned about what is best for our dogs.  Also note that we arrange our visiting hours around your schedule, as this is a private, in home facility.  We respond to all inquiries promptly, so if you have any trouble sending us an email, or have not heard back from us within 24 hours, please, CONTACT US AGAIN and check your spam!  (We all know how emails can be at times!) Our dogs are spayed or neutered (if old enough), up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested, and free of fleas and ticks.  We temperament test our  dogs and they are all suitable for many family situations. Our dogs are well mannered, know some basic commands, and are usually housebroken within a week of being with us (if old enough).  They are in our family/home situation at this time (not in kennels or crates, although most are crate trained) and are worked with daily.  All of our dogs do well with other dogs and many do well with cats. Adoption donations vary with age, breed, vetting, and training of the dog, and range from $250 to $695 (most being $595).  (We do not tend to place puppies or small dogs with kids under 6 and reserve the right to match who WE feel would be the best homes for our dogs.)   November 13, 2024, 8:32 am

Story
Due to an ongoing medical situation in our family and concurrent need to move out of our home and into temporary housing, we are looking to find a new home for our beloved Kira. She is such a sweet soul and just wants to be with people, and our current complex situation is making it difficult to give her the quality of life she deserves. ABOUT KIRA —11 y.o., medium-sized, 45 lbs —Thinks she's a lap dog! Wants to cuddle in your arms —Easygoing - doesn't require a strict schedule for wakeup or meal time —Happy to sleep all day but still has energy for adventures —Currently has freedom to go in & out of the house or be let outside to explore the yard, so would do best with fenced-in yard —Very quiet & doesn't bark at things, does whimper for attention —Can be reactive/picky with which dogs she gets along with, so should be the only dog in the home —Great with our young children but for a new home would do best with children ages 8+ who know not to climb on her —Perfect companion/WFH bud

Story
This girl was found as a stray and her owners refused to come pick her up so she is in search of another home. She is a sweet lady, a bit shy, but friendly. She is out of any puppy energy phase but does still like to play and she does get the zoomies. She was house-trained so would need to relearn it. She does well in a car and is okay on a leash. She does not get along with smaller dogs and probably not a fan of cats. She will need time to warm up to a person but is just a sweetheart when she knows you! She would be wonderful as a walking companion and lounge buddy. She is in Tennessee but can be transported to you through Rescue Riders.

These pups are in Port Jervis, New York too!
