Mountain Cur Beagle Mix. Sugar and Spice and everything nice, these are the 3 ingredients to making the perfect little girl. Blossom is the older sister to Buttercup and Bubbles (adopted) and is so ready to be adopted! Blossom loves to play in water and can spend hours having a blast. No matter if it is a pool or sprinkler, she will find a way to have fun. Once the fun is over and it’s time for a nap, you can find Blossom relaxing in the pool as if it was a hot tub. Blossom will need some basic household training, but she is smart enough to catch on quickly. Blossom can spend hours rough housing with her sister Buttercup while out in the yard together. She is great with cats, dogs, and children. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. I'm a good boy. No one who has visited the shelter in the past year has noticed me, but I'm a good boy! I was so scared when I came in after I was abandoned on a rural highway in our town. I was too afraid to come to the animal control officer when called, so they had to live trap me.. Then they sent me to the prison program where I learned to love my handler and I got along with the other 4 dogs in the program. Now when I see people I know happy to see you!  When I am with people I don't know, I am anxious and sometimes I don't show my sunny side (so no small children as I need my personal space at times), but when I see someone I know I am happy and joyful. The shelter staff says they can't bear that I've been with them a whole year. I walk well on lead and crate well. I will need a fence or some confinement when I am outside so I don't run off, but I am most comfortable on your couch anyway. I am not a barker. I jump up into the crate to travel and dance when you come to take me for a walk. I just need that one person who is willing to become my forever friend. Please take a chance on me. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.  Wendle's owner could no longer take care of him and turned him into the shelter.  He is a very strong dog who pulls on leash so it is clear that his older parents couldn't handle him.  Wendle has been chained for much of his two years, and is a bit hesitant in new circumstances.  But he is a friendly boy who deserves a great home!!
