Story
Hi, my name is Daphne! I’m a sweet, 7-year-old Curr/Hound mix with a beautiful brindle coat that gets lots of compliments. I’m looking for a loving home where I can show off my great manners—I’m house-trained and play well with other dogs! I’m best suited for families with kids over 5 years old since I can be a little shy with tiny humans. I’ve got a gentle heart and plenty of love to give, and I can’t wait to find my forever family. Will you be the one to take me home? 🐾Fill out an adoption application online at: https://www.hshcky.org/

Story
Hi there! My name is Rose, and I’m a 7-year-old female Curr breed with a beautiful brindle coat. I spent five wonderful years in a home where I was loved, but recently, my family moved and brought me back to the shelter. I don’t really understand why I’m here, and I’m feeling a little sad and confused. I’m a sweet girl with so much love to give, and all I really want is a forever home where I can feel safe and loved again. I may be a little older, but that just means I have a calm, gentle spirit to offer. I promise to fill your life with love and loyalty if you give me a chance. Could I be the one to join your family?Fill out an adoption application online at: https://www.hshcky.org/

Story
Hi there, I'm Mintly, a 1-year-old pointer with a lot of love to give and energy to burn! I'm young, playful, and if you're looking for a smart, loyal pup who can make you smile, I just might be your girl. I've got this thing for stuffed animals-they're my absolute favorite! And when I'm not playing, I'm all about showing off my tricks. I know how to sit and shake, especially if you've got a treat handy. Crate trained? Check! I'm already a pro at that, and I'm great with kids too, especially those 10 and up. Now, full disclosure: I've got a pretty strong prey drive, which means I get a little too interested in small critters sometimes. I am interested in trying to play with other dogs, so may be well with a new dog brother or sister, just no cats! I've got medium to high energy, so if you've got an active lifestyle, we're a perfect match. I love being around other dogs and people, and I'd make an amazing family dog. Plus, I'm not fearful, so I'm always ready to take on new adventures with a happy, wagging tail. If you're ready for a happy, playful pup to bring some joy into your life, I'd love to meet you!
