BARLEY - SPRING ADOPTION SPECIAL $50 Barley is a 7.5-year-old, 60 pound, spayed female Mountain Cur mix that came to shelter as a stray. Her right ear is permanently folded down, due to an old hematoma. But, it doesn’t seem to bother her at all. She is a friendly and playful girl, who likes squeaky, plush toys and LOVES a good scratch, especially on the base of her tail. According to her finder, Barley didn’t appear to like other animals, but was comfortable and friendly around young children. Barley is UTD on all her shots & completely vetted. Barley has some separation anxiety, which foster has worked with her on. She is doing amazing. Would love to get her into a foster to adopt home, with someone who is home with her. Cooper is a 5 year old cuddle bug, he loves curling up with you on the couch. He has quite a bit of energy and would do best in a home with a yard he can run around in. He loves walks and play time. We adopted cooper about 6 months ago, when we adopted him they thought he was good with cats, but as we have tried to introduce him to our cats he is not a fan. We love cooper so much and he deserves a good home with loving people. Cooper know basic commands (sit, stay, down) and is making progress with his recall. He is not a fan of other dogs and can be reactive on walks but he is making progress when it comes to ignoring them.
