Story
Una is a 2 year old female. She is very sweet, energetic and crate trained. Due to (human)health issues and the strain they cause, our family can’t give her everything she needs and want to give her a better environment. Her large crate, car protector/seat belt and other accessories will go with her.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Training Camp graduate: Nov 1 Pet Rescue By Judy has teamed up with an incredible program called the  Greyhound Advancement Center  which will allow some of our dogs to attend a ten-week prison training program. The program originally started to help retired racing greyhounds learn how to “dog”. Greyhound racing is now illegal in our state, but the program worked so well that they decided to open up to other rescues and accept different breeds. Each dog is teamed up with an inmate who is in their dog training program. This program allows inmates to gain an important skill that they can bring with them when they are released. The head trainers are the best of the best and we are sure that these dogs are going to come out of this program with all kinds of tricks up their little doggy sleeves.  Our dogs are so blessed to be able to learn important obedience training to help with their confidence and make them awesome additions to a family. We can not thank Greyhound Advancement Center enough for giving these dogs a leg up on getting into their forever home! Granger came to PRBJ after he was dumped, and a kind lady took him in and searched for the owner. He is a playful pup who enjoys playing with other dogs. Granger has beautiful Curr markings, and charcteristic of the breed, is a strong boy.  He is not used to being in a crate and will need leash training.  Granger would prefer a home with older kids as he is energetic. New puppy parents must be dedicated to obedience, socialization and potty training to ensure the pup grows up to be a happy and well-adjusted dog. We recommend the ENTIRE family attend puppy training classes. This ensures that all family member are using the same commands and techniques.      Please note a fenced yard is preferred for this baby to romp and safely play.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 13, 2024, 2:48 pm
