Story
Rehoming our 4-year-old Miniature Schnauzer. She is a spayed female, approximately 18 lbs, with a white coat. She is affectionate, loyal, and very people-oriented, and does best in a home where she can be close to her owners and part of daily life. She is used to having someone home most of the time and thrives with consistent attention and routine. She prefers a calmer environment and is not well-suited for a busy, multi-dog household. She would thrive as an only dog, but has done well with small male dogs of similar size. She is not comfortable around other female dogs and is not suited for homes with large dogs.She is alert and vocal with new people entering the home and may continue barking while they are present until she has time to settle. She can be slower to warm up to men, but builds trust with time and consistency.
