Story
Meet Coco!Looking for a loyal and spirited companion? Coco might be the perfect match for you! This adorable schnauzer is full of personality and love, but she’s also a little firecracker who needs an experienced and patient adopter to help her shine. At two years old, Coco is a smart and energetic pup who thrives with structure and guidance. She can be wary of new people and may show anxious behaviour until she feels comfortable, but with a confident, knowledgeable handler, she quickly learns to trust and show her loving side. Coco needs someone committed to continuing her training and setting boundaries to ensure she feels secure and balanced. She would do best in a calm, adult-only home or one with older, dog-savvy kids who understand her needs. Cocoa is both house-trained and crate-trained, and she is not destructive when left unsupervised. She loves playing with her foster siblings and would thrive in a home with a confident canine companion. Coco enjoys her walks and is great on a leash, making her an ideal walking buddy. Once she bonds with you, she’ll be your most devoted friend. If you’re an experienced dog owner ready to give Coco the structure and love she deserves, she’ll reward you with endless loyalty and companionship.   ##2197645##

ALL PETS AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE DALLAS/FT WORTH METROPLEX MEET AND GREET APPOINTMENTS SET UP WITH PRE-APPROVED APPLICATION ONLY Puppy Policies: We do not adopt puppies under 6 months of age into apartment homes or homes without a fenced yard. All children in the home must be at least 5 years of age. We appreciate your understanding of these policies. Zelda’s mom Zara arrived from South TX very pregnant and we soon learned she was carrying a large, large litter for her size. She only weighs 26 lbs and she had 8 viable babies. They have been the most precious pups who love to play and then take a nap belly up in their foster mom’s lap. . Zelda has been raised in a home with other dogs, cats, and occasional grandkids who visit. He is going to be a fabulous addition to a new home! Like all puppies, Zelda needs an adopter who is willing to train and work with her to help her be the best dog she can be. If you would like to meet Zelda,, the first step in the process is to complete an application. Please go to roadtrip4paws.com and click on the Adopt tab to find a link to our online application. Home visits required for all dog adoptions We reserve the right to refuse placement of an animal for any reason

Story
Meet Giles!Giles is an adorable 6 year old Poodle/Schnauzer mix, weighing just 6 pounds. He was surrendered to Saving Hope by a breeder who had nearly 45 dogs in their care. Before his rescue, Giles likely had little social interaction and spent most of his time in a crate or confined space.Since joining his foster mom, Giles has made incredible progress adjusting to life in a home. Though still a bit timid, he’s a gentle soul with a sweet nature. He absolutely loves exploring the backyard and being outside. After playtime, you’ll find him happily curled up in his soft dog bed.One of Giles` cutest quirks is the way he twirls in circles when he’s excited or greeting his foster mom. When he’s in the mood for affection, he’ll gently press his head against your neck for snuggles. While Giles wears a belly band in the house as a reminder not to mark, his habits have improved significantly since being neutered, and he rarely has accidents as long as he’s let outside regularly. He’s also a good sleeper—spending the night peacefully in his crate without any issues.Giles is still figuring out how to play with toys, but he’s making progress! He’s comfortable around other dogs and would likely do well with cats, too. Because of his small size and quiet personality, he’d thrive in a home with older children who can be gentle with him.Giles is ready to find a loving forever home where he can continue to blossom. Will you be the one to give this sweet boy the life he deserves? To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. Meet Rory!A resilient 4 year old Schnauzer mix. Rescued from the streets of Fort Worth, he arrived scared, underweight, and in desperate need of care. But with a little love and attention, Rory has blossomed beautifully. This smart pup has learned basic commands like sit, down, stay, and is a perfect walking buddy on a leash. Rory is also crate-trained and has great potty habits, though he does best with no more than 4 hours of crate time during the day. His favorite things? Snuggling close, giving kisses, and sharing warm hugs. Rory is ready to bring his newfound trust, loyalty, and love into his forever home!To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. Story
Meet Marina!Marina is a 6 month old Schnauzer mix bundle of joy! She can be a little shy at first, but once she gets to know you, we have not found an other person or dog that she doesn’t love! She loves to run and play with her foster brother and sister, and give them lots of kisses. She also enjoys snuggling with you on the couch while you watch tv. She will sleep in her crate, but does better if she shares a crate with another dog. She is also quite content to snuggle up with her humans in their bed! She has zero food aggression (her and her foster sister will often eat from the same bowl) and is completely house trained. She knows how to use the doggie door and will do basic commands, like “sit” for treats. She is so easy to take places with you because she rides in the car and walks in the leash like a dream! You just can’t help but fall in love with her! Because she is such a social dog, she would do best in a home with another dog and/or someone who works from home.To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!

Story
Sweet Pea was given to my uncle when she was a puppy about 10 years ago. She is great with other dogs and definitely has the terrier hunting instinct. She loves to chase squirrels and play with toys. She is super sweet. He is having to move and cannot take her. He is heart broken, but we really need to find her a good home. She is up to date on her vaccinations and I'd heartworm negative.
