Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Teddy A chocolate, male, Poodle-Jack Russell Terrier Puppy.                                        Teddy was born on August 9th.  Teddy is a curious, people-oriented dog who loves to play with his foster siblings. Teddy is learning how to sit, stay, and come. He is 3 months old and ready for a forever family. Teddy will need adopters with another 1-2 adult, dog-friendly, small-breed pup(s) in the home to mentor and teach him how to be a family member. Teddy weighs approximately 6.5 pounds and will be in the 15-pound range as an adult. Like all puppies, he is sweet, curious, and very high-energy. Teddy will need committed adopters who are willing to be patient and put in the time and energy to train him to be an integrated family member. Teddy will also need someone to be with him during the day for potty training, mid-day feeding, training, and general care so he will grow up to be a well-adjusted dog. Teddy received his first vaccine on October 10th and the second on October 24th. If he did not receive a third and final vaccine, an adult DHPP, at the time of adoption, he will need it. Adopting Teddy                                                                                                Please use the link below to apply. One of our volunteers will review the application and call to follow up with questions, answer yours, and see if you are a match for this pup. The next step is a meet and greet if a match can be made. Please use a computer, as tablets and cell phones will drop the application. Maya has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble instead of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. We will educate her adopters on proper diet and nutrition.  Teddy has a $595.00 adoption fee. All monies will be recycled to cover medical care and rescue more dogs. Please fill out the online application using this link. Please be thorough in your answers and expound whenever possible so we can get to know you and make the best match.        https://rompinpawsrescue.com Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 14, 2024, 7:58 pm

With my soft, silky white coat, floppy ears, and sweet, gentle personality, I’ll have you smiling from ear to ear. At around 2 years old, I’m still a playful young pup with just the right balance of energy—ready for a game of fetch, a romp with my doggy friends, or curling up in your lap for some well-deserved snuggle time. I’m currently living in a foster home with dogs, cats, and kids, and I get along wonderfully with everyone—even the cats! My foster family is teaching me what its like to be loved and live in a home. I'm doing well with house and crate training, I'm super smart and ready to learn more! I can’t wait to meet you and begin our exciting new life together. Let’s start making memories! With love, Princess Fluffins If you're ready to welcome a royal addition into your home, Princess is eager to wear her crown with pride. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog youve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dogs needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesnt stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan Coupons for a fun visit to Petco Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport. DISCLAIMER- Breed type is determined based on general appearance and behavioral characteristics, and cannot be guaranteed unless DNA test results or AKC registration were provided at intake.

Our rescue has a 2 acre property in Texas where we assess every animal with trainers on staff, we modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families including crate training, potty training, leash walking, etc. Our fosters are able to attend group trainings and socialization play groups to keep dogs adoption-ready. Our on-site trainers support the positive growth of our dogs and we enjoy seeing their progress! Our commitment to comprehensive medical care sets us apart. We've received glowing feedback from veterinarians who commend our dedication to ensuring the health and well-being of every animal in our care with treatments that often go above and beyond. Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet. The rescue’s hard costs alone for a healthy dog to go through our program typically range between $412 to $859, which includes boarding, food, medications, vaccines, and spay/neuter. For heartworm-positive dogs, hard costs are upwards of $1,120. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Also, included in the fee are costs to cover transport up to the Pacific Northwest or East Coast. While adoption fees help cover part of these expenses, we want to emphasize that Three Little Pitties Rescue is not government funded. It doesn’t stop there! Story
FOREVER HOME NEEDED Say hello to Private! He is a 5-month-old, 11lb miniature poodle/terrier mix who came to us with his sister, Priya, from an overcrowded shelter in CA in hopes of finding his forever home here in WA! Private is a sweet and gentle soul. He loves to snuggle on the couch but also loves to rough house with his sister and other dogs. Although he is little, he is mighty! He loves to play chase and snuffle around in the yard. Private knows “sit”, and is mostly house trained, but has a few accidents and is working on alerting when he needs to go outside. Private loves to watch the neighbor kids come home from school out the windows. Private is still timid when adventuring outside of the house and needs more confidence in loading into the car, and walking around on leash, but he is getting better every day! Private is a true gem, he loves every person he meets, and would make the most amazing companion or adventure buddy. His ideal home would be one who wants to adopt both he and his sister, Priya. This bonded sibling pair is one-in-a-million! They are so entertaining AND keep themselves entertained all day. These two pups love everyone they meet and are not shy to cuddle up on any lap. They love to snuggle together in one adorable puppy puddle. Priya and Private love to play chase and keep away with leaves or sticks in the yard. They can keep themselves entertained with just about anything you give them. Priya and Private have big personalities and will keep you smiling all day long. They've even mastered camping after just one trip to the river. Priya and Private have excellent recall, and will come bounding over to you, excitedly every time. They truly just love to be with each other, and their people. Both are dogs that will require regular grooming. They could be adopted out separately but will need another playful dog in the home as they love other dogs and they give them confidence. Private is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is $550.
