Story
Are you looking for the perfect partner? If so, this little lovebug will be the perfect addition. Frappe is a sweet, lovable, playful, cuddly 4 year old Miniature Poodle who was surrendered after two years with his previous owner. He is a little shy at first but bonds quickly. Once he comes out of his shell, he is an absolute dream. He is nervous around strangers, but gets over this quickly. He loves to be petted and cuddled by his family and wants to sleep in bed with you. He loves other dogs and would do well in a home with other playmates, however Frappe likes to be the center of attention. All this boy wants is to be loved!!! Frappe loves running around with his friends and chasing his toys. He is great on leash and enjoys his daily walks. He bonds quickly and showers his owner with all the love and affection he has. If you have to go on an errand, Frappe would love to be your side kick. He enjoys riding along in the car with you and is well behaved in the car. He is also house trained, but may have some accidents at the beginning. Frappe does have some separation anxiety probably due to all the changes he’s been through, so it is best that his in a crate when home alone. He would do well in a single family home since he barks when alone. Frappe will need some time to get adjusted to his new surroundings before he feels safe, but I am sure that once his confidence builds up, this won’t be a problem in the future. Frappe is UTD on vaccines, spayed, chipped and ready for his forever family! If you think that could be you, please visit zoeshouserescue.com to apply.

Story
Say hello to this 4 year old boy who is now completely retired from the puppy farm and is waiting to start his new life with his forever family. His name is Romeo, he is a 16 pound mini poodle with long legs that make him look like a baby deer and oh so handsome 😍 His white stripes on his face and paws make him so perfect like a painted portrait. Romeo is still learning what affection and love mean. He gets so excited to see his people but still can be scared at times with new faces. He loves respectful children, does well with cats. He gets along well with all dogs but can also be the only boy. He does not like the crate, and would prefer someone who is home more often than not so he can cuddle 🥰 He is learning to walk on a leash but a fenced yard is best for him. He does scare easily outside especially with new noise. He loves to be next to you on couch and sleeps well all night long on the bed. He is working on his bathroom etiquette, and does wear a belly band when his people are out of house. He loves rides in the car and sits like a gentleman. He is neutered and up to date with all his vaccines. He is a poodle and will require regular grooming to maintain his curly coat. All adopters must be willing to travel for a meet and greet with family and any other pets. Romeo is fostered in Scranton. Apply for this handsome boy at www.zoeshouserescue.com Zoe’s House Rescue. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hello, My Name is Oreo Kisses, (and yes, I love to give lots of kisses) I am a 8-year-old Male, Mini Poodle weighing in at 16.22 lbs. I came into rescue due to an ER visit of bloody diarrhea, and my mom couldn’t afford the bill to get my evaluation, since she had just gone thru some life changes. So the ER vet contacted PLPR and now I'm living my best life with my foster family. The rescue had me neutered and took care of my dental issues too! This resolved all my GI issues and now I am a healthy, happy guy. I am crate trained, house trained, leash trained, and love to go on car rides. I love other dogs, even medium sized ones too. I love to sleep on the couch snuggled next to you or on your lap and even in the human bed if you will let me. I am sometime timid if you raise your voice which my previous owner did mention was due to an abusive situation she was in. Oh and I love toys too! Won't you be my forever friend!?! To adopt Oreo Kisses, please complete an adoption application at peacelovepoms.rescuegroups.org. The $350 adoption donation ($350 for senior citizens 65+) includes core vaccines (Rabies, Parvo/Distemper, and Bordatella), Accuplex (Heart worm and Lyme test), fecal, microchip, bloodwork, neuter, dental, and all the love you can handle! Story
We know—Waffles is fluffy, adorable, and absolutely capable of stealing your heart at first glance. But this little guy is looking for a very specific kind of home, and that’s okay. The right match will make all the difference for him. Waffles needs an experienced, dog-savvy adopter who understands that it’s their job to help him feel safe and secure—not Waffles’ job to protect his person. He does best with someone who uses patience, structure, and positive reinforcement to build trust and confidence. Waffles can be protective of high-value items, so his ideal person understands the importance of trading up (think yummy swaps!) rather than taking things away. With the right approach, he bonds quickly and shows just how sweet he truly is. He would thrive in a quiet, low-traffic home with minimal comings and goings, where he can settle in and feel secure. Once he knows you’re his person, he’s incredibly loyal and affectionate. Waffles at a glance: Sweet boy who bonds quickly Prefers a calm, predictable environment Crate trained, house trained, and well-mannered in the home Rides well in the car Does well with other dogs Waffles isn’t looking for chaos—he’s looking for comfort, understanding, and someone willing to meet him where he is. In return, he’ll give you devotion, love, and a very special bond. If you’re experienced, patient, and ready to be Waffles’ safe place, he may just be the perfect companion for you.
