Story
Hello people! My name is Chase, and I am an 11-year-old Miniature Poodle born on 10/07/2013, and I weigh 22 lbs. I was living a happy life with my sister Lilly in San Antonio, Texas, but our elderly owner could no longer care for us, so we were taken in by 4 Little Paws Rescue and adopted together about 9 months ago. Unfortunately, due to a divorce in the family, we are looking for a forever home together or separately since it turns out we are not a bonded pair. We have each made our own set of friends and playmates in our foster home, and we only occasionally hang out together, so either way works! I am neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and current on monthly preventatives, so I’m ready to meet you!
I am a sweet and friendly boy, active and playful, and I get along great with everyone. I may be a senior, but that doesn't define me… I actually still run a zoomie or two. Not as often as when I was a youngster, but I’ve still got some moves, LOL! I am great with other dogs, and my favorite playmates in my foster home range from 20-55 lbs, both male and female. I’m just a happy dude, although my playtime activities only last about 10 minutes, and then I take a rest before I play again. In between playtime, I LOVE to sunbathe! If you have a patio or deck where I can lay out in a shady spot, I’d be the happiest boy in town. And if you have a doggy door, I know how to let myself outside. I love pets and attention, walks and car rides, and every doggy treat you can think of. I’m well-behaved, don't chew your things, only bark to alert you, know how to use a potty pad, am doing great with housebreaking, and I sleep on a doggy bed or the couch each night. I hear many wonderful families on the East Coast would be happy to have a sweet little dog like me, so I can't wait to meet them and get my life started again! Inquire about me today.
