Hi! My name is Caterpillar and I am from Missouri. My name is Caterpillar, but my foster family calls me Catey. I am just a little guy, but I have big personality! I love being in the house with all of my family and enjoy nothing more than cuddling up for a good snuggle on the couch. I can be a little shy at first, but given some time I do warm up. I love all the kids I live, and I especially love the resident dog. Having another dog around makes me feel more confident. I really enjoy being out in the fenced backyard, it's the only time I really relax and I even get the zoomies when I'm outside. I've tried going for walks on a leash but that is just way too scary for me still, too many loud noises! I am doing great on potty training, I k ow I should potty outside but I'm just not quite sure how to let my family know I need to go out. Note from foster mom: Catey is a delightful little poodle! His background is unknown, and it seems like home living may be new to him. He is on the shy side, but starting to relax and enjoy his routine. With patience, consistency and love Catey would make a great companion.

Levi is an adorable little poodle. He loves attention and affection. He likes to play gently and he loves other dogs of all sizes. Levi had a loose kneecap that was surgically repaired and is all better. He runs and jumps all of the time. Levi is housetrained but will mark his territory if other male dogs are in the area. Hi! My name is Cookie and I am from Minnesota. From her foster: Cookie a yorkipoo breeder release. She has diabetes and is blind, but still manages to be sweet and silly. She loves being with her humans and snuggles. She has strong opinions about being separated and will use her voice to let you know exactly how she feels. She is also pretty quick to settle down. She does seem to go potty and poop on a schedule but is also still prone to have accidents in the house. She doesn't have accidents in her kennel, on the furniture,or while being held. She does enjoy small walks and does okay on a leash. Because Cookie is blind I do feel that she would benefit from another small to medium sized dog in the house. She would need someone willing to keep a good schedule for her Insulin and to follow through with veterinarian appointments. From the Vet: I am Cookie and I have been cleared for adoption! After TBB helping to address my medical issues I will share where I am at with all of them. My diabetes is currently managed on 1.5 units of insulin twice daily and a special veterinary diet. My next recheck glucose curve (typically a day that I stay at the vet for monitoring throughout the day) will be due approximately 2-5 months from September 2024. I was seen for a mammary mass removal surgery recently and the good news is that the biopsy showed that the tumors were benign with good margins. This means that the removal procedure is likely to be curative for these masses and we do not expect me to need any future care for this issue. It is always good to routinely monitor for any masses and have them evaluated in the future should any present. Now that my mass removal is done and my diabetes is stable, I can be scheduled for my dental procedure. This procedure + 1 round of medications and a recheck appointment can be included in my adoption contract. If adopted prior to the dental, I can still go to my new home and settle in, but the adopter will be responsible for transport to this appointment.

I’m Brioche, a two-year-old miniature poodle, and I weigh around 10 pounds. My journey started a bit shaky—literally. When I first came into rescue, I was so scared of people and this big, confusing world. But with the help of my amazing foster family, both the humans and my doggo friends, I’m slowly blossoming into a confident poodle princess. When I’m feeling playful, I love to throw toys around and chase them—it’s like I play fetch with myself! I also enjoy chewing on bones and going for walks, especially when I’m feeling frisky. But what I really love is curling up next to my foster humans and dog friends for some good cuddles. I’m learning more each day that the world can be a safe and fun place, even though I still get a little nervous sometimes. Loud noises and certain people can spook me, so I do best with a double leash when we’re out and about, just to make sure I stay safe. Speaking of being outside, I’m working on my leash training, and I’m getting better every day. I’m also practicing my potty training – I am very good about going outside and using a potty pad if I can’t make it. I used to love my crate so much that I never wanted to leave, but now that I’m feeling braver, I’m not so into the whole crate thing. I don’t mind eating in there, but if you close the door, I’ll definitely let you know I’m not a fan! I’m also super attached to my foster dog siblings, especially the Cavaliers here. If I can’t see them, I get a little panicked, so another dog is required in my forever home to help me feel safe and confident. Oh, and did I mention I have the most beautiful blue eyes? I’m a total sweetheart who loves to cuddle and be close to my people. Watching me come out of my shell little by little has been really special for my foster family. I just need someone patient who I can trust and who will help me continue to grow into the confident, happy girl I’m becoming.
