All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, shots current (DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies where applicable), dewormed, flea and tick treated, and microchipped. * If you are interested in a dog, please first read the biography on the dog (keep scrolling down for the bio!) and then go to our website, www.dpsrescue.com for an application. Each biography will specifically list the adoption fee.Adoption Fee: $850 The Soup puppies are a litter of 9 week old Poodle x Mystery mixes who are ready to serve up bowlfuls of adorable puppy kisses and snuggles. Mama Soup is a Maltipoo, so clearly these puppies have some additional DNA in them. We’re calling it the “Chef’s Special” soup! These puppies arrived at our rescue at only a week old and were taken care of by one of our fabulous foster homes. Now that they’ve grown up, they’re ready to find forever homes of their very own. This litter is 5 boys and 1 solo girl. Mama weighs 18 pounds, so we expect the puppies to be in that range as adults. He’s the most playful and he decides when nap time is over and playtime needs to start. He is go go go when he wants to wrestle or chase after toys, chasing his brothers in circles for hours. Once he’s ready for rest though, he zooms over to you and starts giving you thousands of puppy kisses. He has adorable “old man” eyebrows that make him super expressive and easy to photograph Hello Instagram star! We expect nothing less from America’s favorite soup! Noodle is just full of excitement and awe at the world around him and will make you see the world in a whole new light. Come and get a bowl of steaming hot Chicken Noodle soup! Matzo Ball (M): Matzo Ball is a hilariously goofy little puppy with a gorgeous birthmark and a personality that shines brighter than the sun. Recently, Matzo discovered the best toy in the entire world: his own tail! He spends countless minutes spinning in circles as he chases the elusive tail. He is an absolute sweetheart who has the ability to instantly charm everyone under his spell. You won’t be able to resist sneaking him an extra treat or giving him another minute of cuddles, even if you’re running late. Matzo is very much a “middle of the pack” kind of puppy. He’s not leading the charge but he’s just happy to be involved and goes along with whatever his brothers are doing. What a happy dude he is! Come and get your homemade Matzo Ball soup, just in time for the holiday season! Miso (F): Miso is the solo gal in a litter of boys and she takes after her mom in looks and personality. She lives life at her own speed, ignoring the chaos her siblings create for the most part. However, once she’s ready for action, she’s jumping in and holding her own against the pack. She loves cuddles and giving kisses and is known to curl up on a warm lap and snuggle the hours away. You’ll get lost in her adorable puppy dog eyes as you pet her soft, downy coat for hours at a time. Miso looks like a little puffball and we can’t wait to see her grow into the Queen we know she is! For those who love Miso soup, our gal is the warmest and most seasoned of them all! You won’t be able to resist her charms! Pho (M): Pho is an energetic and outgoing puppy who leads the daily activity schedule with his smiling face and wagging tail. He’s been nicknamed “socks” by his foster family due to his adorable white paws. He loves zooming around the yard and showing off his flexibility as he pounces after toys (or the tails of his siblings). Pho makes everyone laugh as he tries to make his limbs follow instructions, often slipping and sliding down the hallways as he zooms after whatever has caught his eye. Once he’s done for the day, however, he’s curling up in the closest pair of arms and drifting off to sleep. Pho loves exploring new things, and we have no doubt that he will be the most perfect adventure companion once he’s ready for action! Ready for a warm bowl of soup? Pho’s here to answer the call! Pozole (M): Pozole is a total lovebug looking for his snuggly ever after! He is the sweetest little Mama’s Boy and is always looking for his next cuddle and kiss session. Pozole loves to worm his way under a blanket with only the tip of his tail poking out as he snoozes the hours away. He does love his outdoor time, don’t get us wrong! When he’s ready for action, he’s pouncing on leaves and zooming across the grass with the best of them. Pozole is like the best kind of soup: he gets better and better the longer you let him cuddle on your lap. Perhaps during a long day of Zoom meetings? That’s his complete dream! We know this little gentleman will charm his way into your heart from the moment you say “hola”. Come on down and order some Pozole! Tomato (M): Tomato soup is a laid back lounger looking for his grilled cheese! Out of all the puppies, Tomato is the calmest (while still being an active puppy) and would be thrilled to spend his life being doted on by his people. Tomato has a wonderfully soft coat that is as soft as a blanket and boy does he know it! Tomato would be the perfect addition to a home looking for a pal to join them on trips to the coffee shop or a dog-friendly brewery, as he is so laid back and goes with the flow. You’ll make tons of new friends (well, admirers of Tomato) wherever you go, as he draws eyes wherever he prances and instantly wins everyone over. If you’re ready for a winter spent by the fire enjoying comfort foods, come and order up a cup of Tomato soup! The Soup puppies sleep in an adorable puppy pile all night until the break of dawn. Once they’re ready to rumble, they head outside to practice potty and then come inside for breakfast. During the day, the puppies alternate between zooming around the yard, snoozing together, playing with toys, and soaking up tons of cuddles. They free feed for the majority of the day so they can continue growing big and strong. They adore the leaves and grass blades in the yard and happily pounce on them for hours. In the evening, they love to cuddle with their foster people until they get tired and head to bed. The Soup puppies have been well socialized with dogs of all ages and sizes, as well as with cats. They adore people and would be fabulous additions to any home ready for puppy energy and nonstop cuddles. Interested homes should be prepared to continue the training and socialization started by their foster homes.
