Story
Ollie is such a sweet and special boy with a quiet and lovely nature. Ollie is an 1 ½ -year-old, 14-pound wheat-colored Poodle/Chihuahua mix (his mother is a Poodle and dad is a Chihuahua). Ollie is a lovable pup who will need time to adjust to his new surroundings. He thrives best in a calmer environment, ideally with another friendly dog. He loves snuggling up with other dogs, and having a canine companion would be perfect for him! Because of Ollie’s gentle, bashful demeanor, we recommend a home with adults or older teenagers. He may take his time warming up, but once he trusts you, you’ll see his sweet and gentle nature shine through. Ollies does well at the sanctuary using the doggie door to go potty outside, He will benefit from some leash training to help him build confidence. Ollie is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, making him ready for adoption! If you think you can open your heart and home to this sweet boy, come meet Ollie he promises to be an adorable addition to the family. He deserves a warm and loving environment where someone can show him lots of love. Thank you for considering adopting Ollie, he's sure to bring so much joy and companionship to the right home. Story
Meet Darling Oso, a charming 5-year-old, 18-pound White Poodle mix looking for his forever home! Rescued from a life of neglect, Oso was found in a matted condition but has since been shaved and is embracing his new beginning. He was scanned for a microchip. He had owners on record but they were moving and did not want him back! Despite his previous challenges, he has a sweet disposition, though he may be a bit shy initially. Oso will thrive in a loving environment where he can take his time adjusting to being a pampered pet, as he was accustomed to outdoor living. He is good with other dogs but would also be content as an only pet, given plenty of companionship. Oso is currently learning important skills like how to use a doggy door and responding to the command "go potty," although there may be a few accidents as he acclimates to his new surroundings. He is leash trained and requires a home with a securely fenced yard to keep him safe; he has a knack for trying to escape! Oso is microchipped, vaccinated, and will soon be neutered. He will need regular professional grooming If you're ready to shower this sweet boy with love and patience, Oso is eager to find a home where he can truly blossom. Are you the one to give him the happy life he deserves? Don't miss out on the chance to welcome Oso into your heart and home! Story
Meet Handsome Rocco! This adorable four-year-old black and tan poodle mix weighs in at 14 pounds and may even have a bit of schnoodle in him. After spending his early years as a breeding dog, Rocco is now ready to embrace the pampered life he deserves. He's a true people dog who thrives on companionship, wanting to be by your side 24/7. Rocco gets along wonderfully with other dogs, making him a great addition to any household. While he may need some house training, he is making good progress and is learning to go outside on command. Rocco may also benefit from some leash training, but with a bit of patience and guidance, he'll soon be strolling by your side in no time. His curly coat is relatively low-maintenance, though he would love the experience of regular trips to the groomer to keep him looking his best. Rocco is scheduled to be neutered and is currently vaccinated and microchipped. If you're looking for a loving companion to join your family, Handsome Rocco might just be the perfect match! Don't miss the chance to give this sweet boy the loving home he deserves. Story
Banjo is a sweet 7-year-old Havanese Poodle mix who is ready to find his forever home. Banjo is a former rescue who has been through a lot, and he’s looking for a calm and understanding environment to thrive in. Banjo has a very laid-back personality and enjoys cuddling and sleeping in cozy spots. He’s a loving companion, but he would do best in a home without children, as he’s shown some aggression towards them in the past. He just needs a patient home that can give him the space and time he needs to feel safe. Banjo has a foot condition that makes walks challenging; his paw pads can crack easily. We wrap his paws when they start to bleed to keep him comfortable. He prefers short, gentle strolls or indoor playtime, and he knows how to use a doggy door to go potty, making him fairly independent. If you’re looking for a loyal friend and have a quiet home, Banjo could be the perfect match for you. Please reach out if you’re interested in giving this sweet boy a loving home.

Story
Meet Sissy, the sweet and spunky pup looking for her forever home! This adorable 15-pound bundle of joy is estimated to be about 2 years old and is believed to be a charming mix of Poodle and Schnauzer. With her playful puppy energy and affectionate nature, she’s sure to bring so much love and fun into your life. Sissy loves to play, has great energy, and enjoys her daily walks—she’s already making strides on the leash! She appears to be potty trained, going outside or using potty pads when necessary. Her foster family says she’s incredibly loving and thrives on being around her humans, soaking up all the attention and affection she can get. When her family isn’t home, Sissy has spent some time in a crate. While she does protest vocally at first, she eventually settles down and relaxes. That said, she definitely prefers to be out and about with her people whenever they’re around. She enjoys playing with some dogs, but she may not get along with all of them, so a meet-and-greet with any potential doggy siblings is recommended. If you’re looking for a loving, playful companion who will bring endless cuddles and smiles, Sissy might just be your perfect match! Reach out today to meet this darling pup and see if she’s the missing piece to your family. Please email right away if you would like to learn more about this dog......and visit our website www.siarescuers.org to learn more about our rescue group. Adoption fees range from $350-$475 for dogs. THE DOGS SHOWN ON THE SITE ARE IN FOSTERCARE - WE DO NOT HAVE A SHELTER TO VISIT. EMAIL is the best way to reach us. We are a volunteer run, very small organization - so please be patient when waiting for a response, but feel free to check back in if you haven't heard from us in a day or so - thank you so much for considering a rescued pooch!
