Bonded with Echelon. They are both aged at 8yrs old and they both love making new friends and using their time in the yard to get pets from any available hands. They exude happiness and love and absolutely find safety in being with each other. Batgirl is a bit goofier and more curious, with Echelon being a bit more chill and casual, but equally determined to get some attention. They`ll do well in just about anyhome environment, and don`t need a ton of exercise to be happy. Some long walks and an occasional bout of play is about all they`ll need. Echelon has some very classic `dog` goodlooks. Batgirl looks a bit like a very skilled drawing come to life. They`re both incredibly sweet and fun and will be excellent buddies to watch TV on the couch with at the end of every day. These hard to resist fluff balls will make any family more complete.

Thirteen-year-old Buster is a very energetic dog for his age. This 10-pound poodle loves walks and enjoys attention but at the same time likes to have his space. Buster is playful and does well with other dogs, but he doesn't like other dogs to play rough with him. Buster prefers being inside the house with his family; he goes outside to go on walks or to do his business in the yard. Buster doesn't really bark much unless he is startled or if other dogs are rough playing with him, but he also occasionally barks when he is being playful himself. Buster sleeps quietly through the night inside a crate. Buster has mature cataracts, so his vision is significantly impaired. He sees shadows during the day and can maneuver throughout his foster home without bumping into anything, but at night, he does bump into things. Because of his disability, Buster will require patience while he adjusts to a new home and learns to trust his new person.

This ridiculously cute gal was picked up by animal control in Riverside county. One look at her and I fell in love. Cinnabon is just a tad over 1 year old weighing 13 pounds. She is doing great in a foster home with other dogs and kids. She will flourish in a home that continues socialization and training. All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Our dogs are in foster homes which enables us to learn more about them in a home environment. We do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis, but rather to the home best suited for them. An application, adoption fee and contract are required. Despite all of that, Prince Lionel didn’t lose his gentle spirit. In foster care, he’s shown himself to be relaxed, affectionate, and wonderfully easy to live with.He’s house-trained, has full roam of the home when left alone, and is perfectly content to nap and hang out until you’re back. When you are home, he loves being near his person—following you from room to room, quietly settling at your feet, or soaking up gentle pets. He’s friendly with familiar people and new faces alike, greeting everyone with soft eyes and a wagging tail. Walks are one of his favorite parts of the day. He’s excellent on leash—no pulling, just happy sniffing and a steady pace, always checking in with whoever’s holding the other end of the leash. Like many seniors, Prince Lionel has some medical needs: he has significant dental disease and ocular disease with possible blindness in his right eye. She is incredibly affectionate and loving, and once she bonds with you, she will happily soak up all the cuddles you have to give. This little lady is active and playful — she loves her walks and would absolutely thrive with an agility playground or enrichment activities that keep her mind and body engaged. She’s also wonderfully curious, always interested in exploring the world around her. After a good outing, though? She’s completely content to lounge and relax by your side. Anise can be a little reactive or excitable when someone new comes into the apartment. She does best with thoughtful introductions outside first, then calmly bringing guests in — once she understands everything is okay, she settles beautifully. On walks, she’s a social butterfly who wants to meet most humans and many dogs (though she may be unsure around certain breeds, like shepherd types). She is very sensitive and intuitive, responding best to positive reinforcement and calm guidance. She picks up quickly on body language and tone, so a confident but gentle leader is ideal for her. Anise’s biggest challenge is separation anxiety, so she would do best in a home where someone is around often or committed to helping her build confidence when alone. She is making progress with potty training and does best with consistency and routine. Tracking her schedule has been helpful, and while pee pads weren’t always reliable, using diapers helped guide her learning. With structure and patience, she continues to improve. Anise is looking for a loving, steady home that will embrace her playful energy, nurture her sensitive heart, and help her continue to grow.
