Story
Meet Easton! He is currently 9 weeks old, and we think he may be a miniature pinchser / chihuahua mix, but with rescue it’s always a guess! This puppy is from a part of the US where puppies are regularly euthanized. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from this rescue, it saves their life AND it also allows us to save the life of another in its place. Watch Easton's video here: * coming soon * Easton is playful, sweet, curious, and cuddly. He loves to play with his sibling and then take lots of naps. Eat, sleep, play, repeat - such is puppy life! Easton is still young so he will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. His new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. When old enough, they will be perfect to go on walks and hikes or show off around your neighborhood. You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend! Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/6761ad34a91f9c836508885f Please email tim@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Available for adoption in NV, MT, CO,UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and now the East Coast! Our PNW dogs are brought to you in style by a beautiful USDA licensed semi-truck, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24 hour care. Our East Coast route will travel in a private, air conditioned 3LP-run van transport. Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you! The adoption fee is $1,200.00 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW or the NE at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 6 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport. DISCLAIMER- Breed type is determined based on general appearance and behavioral characteristics, and cannot be guaranteed unless DNA test results or AKC registration were provided at intake.

Story
Meet Cleopatra - Cleo for short! Cleo is a lovable and spirited Miniature Pinscher looking for a new forever home. She is 2 years old and weighs around 7 lbs. Cleo is full of personality! She's energetic, playful, and loves to be the center of attention. Whether it's zooming and twirling around the yard, snuggling up on the couch, or accompanying you on walks, she's happiest when she's part of the action. She's house-trained, with a dog door, and knows basic commands like sit. She has been through a training program that we will teach to her new family. She hasn't been exposed to young kids very much and is skittish when around them. She lives with two dogs and two cats. Cleo is up to date on vaccinations, spayed, and regularly checked by the vet. She has no known health issues. Cleo would thrive in a home where she gets plenty of attention and is the number one pet. Due to our busy schedules and lifestyle, we are looking for a better place for her.

Story
Even though I am not a basset, my friends at UFBH have agreed to help me find a new home. Imagine my surprise when I discovered I was going to be a mom. I was hardly more than a baby myself but here I am. I've had five beautiful babies. We got very lucky and fell under the loving care of UFBH and all of my babies have had the best. Now we are ready to move on to our forever homes. I'm a small mixed breed. I don't know either of my parents so I can't really tell you much about that. I'm friendly and love to cuddle. I like sleeping with you or at least in the same room. I love to play with other dogs and get along great with everyone I meet. I'm a bit of a jumper and can clear the four foot fenced part of my yard without any effort at all. I will need at least a six foot fence and a good reason to stay home. I have great recall and come back immediately when called. I weigh 27 pounds and will probably always remain on the small side, especially since I will not be having any more surprise babies. (Special adoption fees apply.)

Story
Hi! My name is Sweet Pea! I'm called that because I'm as sweet as they come! I am initially a scared girl but once I feel safe and I know you are my friend I will give you love and loyalty, bonus if you offer up extra good treats! I'm currently working on wearing a collar or being on a leash. I've had a few bad experiences with them, so I'm looking for a home with a fenced in yard until I'm comfortable with them. I am a little 18lb min pin mix and I love to run and do zoomies with the other little dog in my foster home - I would be happiest with the companionship of another similar sized dog to play with and help show me the ropes. I'm hoping someone can see the potential I have and will be willing to give me time and space to feel comfortable. I would do best in a home with no kids or older children who know how to respect a dog's space. I may do fine with dog-savvy cats. I am house and crate trained and would love to be your loyal shadow. Might you have the time and love to help me become my very best dog?My adoption fee is $200. I am fully vetted- spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed and health checked. To apply to adopt me please visit caws.org. Thank you!
