When he’s not showing off his speed and smarts, Dakota enjoys a good round of tug-of-war, putting his determination to the test. But despite his playful, mischievous streak, he’s just as happy to slow things down for belly rubs and cuddle time. Whether he’s stretched out in a fluffy bed on his own or curling up next to a friend, he knows how to get comfortable after a long day of fun. His laid-back side balances out his love for play, making him the perfect mix of energy and relaxation. Dakota is a quick learner with a clever mind, always eager to explore and figure out new things. OUR DOGS ARE FOSTERED IN TEXAS OR COLORADO BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information.
All of our dogs are located in a foster home in Texas or Colorado. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).
Our out of state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days.
