Lula is truly the sweetest soul ever. She is about 1 year old and looking for a loving home. Lula loves dogs and cats alike, getting along with literally anyone she meets. She also loves having a buddy around, as we regularly find her sitting and sleeping near our dog or cats, but she also likes her personal bed and solo play time with toys! She would be perfect for a home with diversity, but also would be great for a single person. Saying she loves cuddles and pets is an understatement. She will take them all day long if is she could, but she is also very respectful of when you need to focus and have space and won’t push you to give her attention if you can’t during study time or working from home. She truly can self entertain with fluffy toys and loves long naps, whether in her personal bed or in her human’s bed. When it comes to activity, she does really well on a leash and seems to be potty trained already! For meal times, she never shows aggression and she doesn`t mind you being next to her when she eats, but does prefers to eat alone away from our other pets at home as she worries she may not have enough food since she is still learning that food is in plenty supply now, wet food or kibble alike. She also stays calm during loud noises, and is doing well with kennel/crate training. She never really barks either, so she is pretty quiet, perfect for apartment or single home life. Lula seems to understand some basic commands too, and she has been having training done to learn more as well. She would love to be your buddy, and your buddy’s buddy (especially a dog) if you have one at home. Consider this beautiful soul, ready to give you all the love and loyalty she has.

Once trust is established, Thunder reveals his affectionate nature. He loves to cuddle and prefers sleeping close to his family, though he can be crated if necessary. Fully housebroken, Thunder is a playful dog who enjoys games of fetch, chew toys, and spending time outdoors. He would thrive in a home with a yard where he can run and play freely. If your application is approved, you will be required to come to us to pick up your dog.** Maple is located in San Antonio, TX. She weighs about 16 pounds and is about 6 years old. Some things about Maple. Maple is blind and she is diabetic but if you meet her, you would never know anything is wrong. She gets around her foster home and backyard with zero issues. She might have some sight to be able to see shadows. She jumps on and off the couch. She knows how to use the stairs at the end of the bed and couch (she doesn’t use them often though.) She is very active. She loves to go for walks, she loves other dogs, and doesn’t mind cats. She is very curious with the cats so she is not a stranger to a friendly cat swat here and there lol. She loves to eat. She is potty trained. I keep an exercise pen with her water, bed/blanket and pee pads. She stays in there when her foster is gone (so she doesn’t hurt herself), otherwise, she is free to run about the house. If she needs to go to the bathroom, some days she screams at her foster mom to be let out, and other times she quietly walks to her pen and goes on the pee pads. She does have accidents but that is expected since she is diabetic. She does not have them very often at all. She loves car rides, meeting new people, enjoying new adventures. This girl cannot be stopped!!! She is one of the most amazing dogs I have ever had the privilege of fostering. She deserves her own family and her own place to call home. I would suggest no kids and not too busy of a home. She will do great with a retired couple or even someone that needs someone to look after and care for. She loves attention, she loves to sleep under the covers right next to you. She sleeps in bed with me and she sleeps through the night. Located in San Antonio, Maple's adoption fee is $65.
