Story
If interested in Jamaica, apply here: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/CPAR/Dog Jamaica is 4 months old and weighs 15 lbs. She is a sweet and happy girl with a wonderful, easygoing personality. She has a gentle nature and a friendly disposition that makes her a joy to be around. She enjoys playing with other dogs and spending time with people. Jamaica is crate trained, leash trained, and currently working on potty training as she continues to learn the routine in her foster home. She does well with other dogs and would likely enjoy having a canine companion to play with. She has not been tested with cats yet, but because she is still young she may do well with proper introductions. Jamaica is a Sato, which is the name used for Puerto Rican street dogs. Satos are known for being incredibly resilient, loyal, and wonderful family companions. Many come from difficult beginnings but grow into devoted, loving pets. Jamaica is being fostered in Hanover, MD. PLEASE READ: Any dog that is house or potty trained will still need patience in a new home with new people and a new schedule. Please be ready to train ANY dog you adopt! Also, please understand we can not guarantee breed or full grown size of any young dog or puppy. Thank you for understanding.

Now that her little ones are ready to take on the world, it’s finally Joyful’s turn to be spoiled. Joyful is a young lady with a calm, gentle personality and a deeply affectionate nature. She also gets along great with other dogs, so whether you have a furry friend at home or she’s your one-and-only princess, she’ll fit right in.     After being such an amazing mom, Joyful deserves a forever home where she’ll be showered with love, cozy beds, belly rubs, and maybe a few extra treats (purely for “emotional recovery” from motherhood, of course). If you’re ready to give this wonderful mama the happily-ever-after she’s earned, Joyful is ready to fill your home — and your heart — with exactly what her name promises.  Apply today, she can't wait to meet you! 📌 Important Adoption Information All of our dogs are currently living in private shelters or foster homes in South Korea. Once an adoption is approved, dogs will travel to the United States through legal and approved international transport procedures. Video calls are available prior to adoption, and adopters can communicate with our rescue team in real time through our official organization and app-based messaging channels throughout the process. • Rescue Story: Meet Leeju👋 She was found on the street in South Korea at just 2 months old and sent to a high-risk city shelter along with her four siblings. Luckily, she was rescued right before euthanasia by the rescue team and sent to her foster home 2 months later. Her foster family has been taking good care of her since, and she’s been living peacefully with the resident dog. LeeJu is now more than ready for a furever home! • Personality: Friendly, Curious, Cautious LeeJu is such a friendly and lovable pup with a curious and cautious personality. Her energy level is mid-low as she mostly chills in a kennel at home and prefers to have light walkies mainly for the bathroom. • Affinity with - Dogs: Super friendly with other dogs as long as they are not too large or aggressive. She doesn’t respond to barking dogs as well. She currently lives with a resident dog in her foster home, so she will be a good fit for a family with other furry companions. - Cats: Good with cats. - Adults/Kids: Good with both adults & kids. She is calm even when kids pet her. • Walking Manners: Well-mannered! • Housetrained: Fully housebroken, mainly using the bathroom outdoors but sometimes indoors when she can’t go outside. • Bathing/Brushing: Very good. • Car Rides: Not anymore. She got better at car rides. Her foster tries to walk her for potty before jumping into the car. • Separation Anxiety: None. • Shedding level (1~10): 5-6 • Barks/Howls: A little bit towards continued noise from outside the house. • Appetite/Food Allergies: She likes any sort of food! / No food allergies. • Likes/Dislikes: She loves being petted on her face while snuggling up to your side! / She feels cold easily due to her short coat. • Health: Had surgery on both knees in 2021 and recovered fully. Now maintaining her weight is important. Otherwise, she’s healthy! 💙 Adoption Fee Information The adoption fee already includes all major expenses, such as: International transportation, Customs and export documentation, Medical care (spay surgery, vaccinations, health certificate, deworming, etc.) For this reason, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting a breakdown or negotiation of the adoption fee. Story
Hi everyone. This is Astra and we are looking for the right home for her. This is a hard decision because she is truly loved and part of our family. Astra is sweet, affectionate, very smart, and loves to play. She bonds deeply with her people and does great once she’s comfortable. She can be anxious/reactive in new environments or with new people at first, but she adjusts with patience and consistency. She loves playing with her dog siblings. Astra is also a jumper (has not cleared anything over 4ft) and can be a trash digger or destructive if bored, so she needs structure, supervision, and enrichment. We are looking for an experienced or committed adopter who has time to work with her and help her thrive. A fenced yard is preferred.

Story
Knight was rescued from the streets of Baltimore. He is an adult dog with a calm, observant personality who does best in a quieter environment. Knight is very affectionate with people and forms strong bonds, but he does not do well with high-energy or multiple dogs at once. In our home we have mostly energetic pups, and that environment has been overwhelming for him. He would do best as an only dog or with one calm, well-matched companion. The saddens me to have to rehome him. He’s truly a joy to have. He will protect you. He will love you. Knight would be a great addition to anyone’s family.

Story
Lola is my name. I love all and want to be friends with everyone. I am mischievous and will get into trouble just for the attention. I am still very young and eager to explore new things. I want a loving family who will take me on adventures, then love on me while winding down. I don't like it when you focus on other dogs and sometimes I push them out of the way so I can be the center of attention! I have the sweetest face and my "love to be with you" attitude is the best kind to have! I am a medium sized girl and that makes me super PORTABLE! Take me with you to the beach, the mountains, the BATHROOM... I don't care where we go, as long as you take me with you!! I'm a energetic and driven girl with a strong prey drive, particularly chickens, birds, small animals and cats. I'll need a home without these types of pets to ensure everyone's safety. Local adoption fee is $250 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $500 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)
