Hello, I hope all is well. Her name is Fe, faith in Spanish. I stumbled upon her through Craigslist. She’s from Louisiana. She was about 2-3 months old. Her and I have been pals for about 2-3 years now. I love her so much. I can’t provide for her. I am in college full time, and I live on campus where dogs aren’t allowed unless spayed. She’s been having health issues as well. I feel so guilty for not being able to be there for her at her toughest moments. I love her so much. She’s a very good dog, she’s funny as well. And she loves so much. She’s an awesome friend to have. Lately she’s been throwing up quite often. I found food that she likes eating, but every once in a while she’s back to throwing up. She’s lost a lot of weight. I took her to the vet they took a stool sample and a blood sample, they both came out clean. The vet said she needs an ultrasound, to see what’s going on in her. I don’t have the funds to give her the best care she needs. She deserve everything.

Hi, my name is Milo! I am 1 year old, with lots of puppy energy. I love to play fetch and tug. I am great with kids and other dogs, and cats! I love snuggling on the couch and giving lots of kisses (sometimes too many!) I am also crate trained. I sleep in my crate at night, but would be totally fine snuggling with you in bed! I am a good boy that knows how to sit and stay, although sometimes I get excited and impatient. I wait for the word "go" before eating my food. Please give me a good home, and I will give you snuggles and kisses on the couch!

Meet Gene! This super cute senior is very very friendly! He is a male piebald, 9-10 years old. He is fully vetted, just had a dental and is healthy! Gene loves to snuggle and is great with other dogs too! Adoption fee $250 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. Koby is a medium sizes chiweenie/terrier mix breed, weighing 25-30lbs. He’s is fully vaccinated and neutered. Koby has a happy, energetic, adventurous, and playful personality. He loves being around people, enjoys cuddles, and back scratches. He knows commands like “come”, “sit”, “lay down”, “no”, “wait”, “down”, “potty”. He does get anxious in car rides, and is not very social with other dogs. He may see them as a threat. He does get along well with a family members dog because we took the time to get them acclimated. Even though this is a challenge for him, with the right owner, I believe he could have a better experience socially. This is my hope for him! Due to recent changes in my lifestyle, I feel that it is best to find a loving home for him that can offer him patience and can help him have a more well rounded life!

Heartworm Prevention is given on the 1st of each month Let's give a big CTDR welcome to sweet Reecie.  Reecie was surrendered to CTDR after her owner could no longer care for her.  Reecie's human dad passed away very suddenly and her human mom went back to work and could not care for her.  CTDR was honored to be asked to help find Reecie her forever home.  Reecie had a back injury a couple of years ago and while on crate rest, she decided to gnaw off her back legs.  Reecie is an active little girl as she has a set of wheels and also a Scooter that she gets around in.  Reecie is cautious when she meets new people and will slowly warm up to you on her time.  She is not fond of children so it would be best if she did not go to a home with kids.  If you are interested in giving this sweet girl her forever home, please complete an application at ctdr.org.                                                         Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 3, 2024, 9:26 pm

Heartworm Prevention is given on the 15th of each month UPDATE:  He's proving to be very well-behaved and friendly. Buster has adjusted beautifully to my house, following me everywhere and always staying close by my feet. He is house-trained with no accidents, behaves excellent with other dogs and people, and even has a calming influence on the neighbor's constantly barking dog. When I'm away, I use a Furbo dog camera to monitor him, and he does seem anxious, often barking and howling for a while after I leave.   Hi everyone, my name is Buster and I am very new to Rescue.  My owners passed away and me and brother were taken to a shelter in North Texas.  I thought we would stay together but another Rescue group came in and took my brother and left me because they said I was Dachshund Mix.  I was so very sad to be left behind but more so to be taken from my brother.  But here I am and I want to let you know that I am ok and I am now looking for my forever home.  I finishing up with all my vetting and then I am ready to go.  If you think I would fit into your family, please complete an application at www.ctdr.org.
