****ADOPTION APPLICATION HERE*** Hi, my name is Susie! I’m a one and a half year old Dachshund /Jack Russell terrier mix. My story started off sad but keeps getting better every day. I found myself at a local shelter only days away from giving birth. The kind ladies there reached out to CARE who took me in. I gave birth to seven beautiful babies who are all finding their forever homes. I was told by my foster parents and the sweetest and most loving little Foster doggie and I was a good mother. I’m so happy for my kids finding homes but now I hope it’s my turn to find a forever family. I get along with other doggies, and I get along with all the other dogs that I have met. Please consider making me park of your family. To find out more information on this dog please apply to adopt on our website at www.caretx.org/adopt and CARE will be in touch with you ASAP! This dog was rescued from a kill shelter or the streets and has been evaluated for medical and temperament to prepare for a forever home and is in a foster home in San Antonio, Texas* and is ready to fly to its final destination once adopted. The adoption fee of $995 covers age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, health certificate, kennel that it travels in and air transport. Hi! This is Dune, she is a 4-year-old dachshund mix with a big heart and a lot of love and cuddles to give. She loves running around and playing! She is a nervous girl who takes a moment to get used to new people or animals, but once you're in you are IN! She can have a lot of energy but also can nap for 5 hours with you. She enjoys hiking and is a great companion for an adventure. She loves lots of belly rubs and enjoys enrichment puzzles.
