Hi… I’m Lavinia 💗🐾
I’m a 5-year-old Miniature Long-Haired Dachshund with a gentle heart and the sweetest, snuggliest personality. I may be a little shy and nervous at first, but all I really want in life is to feel safe, loved, and close to my person 🥹
I’m what they call a “Velcro dog”—once I bond with you, I just want to be by your side all the time. Whether you’re sitting on the couch, working, or relaxing, I’ll be right there, happily snuggled up next to you 💕
I’m a pretty low-energy girl and much prefer napping and cuddling over lots of playtime. I do well with other dogs and I’m very tolerant, but I’d really love a calm, quiet home where I can relax and feel secure.
I’m still learning about the world, and I’ll need a patient, understanding family. I can get anxious when left alone and am working through some separation anxiety. I’m also still learning that outside isn’t so scary yet, so potty training is a work in progress. But I promise—I’m trying really hard and I listen well!
My dream home would be:
* A small, calm household (1–3 people)
* Someone who is home often and can spend lots of time with me
* A patient family willing to help me build confidence
* A quieter environment where I can feel safe and relaxed
Once I trust you, I’ll be your most loyal, loving little shadow. I have so much love to give—I just need someone to help me feel safe enough to share it 💖

All Dogs / Puppies / Cats / Kittens are up to date on age appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, flea/heart worm prevention, and are microchipped prior to adoption. If you are meeting a puppy or kitten that is not ready for adoption there may be a waiting period until they are fully ready to go home.
Adoption fee - Along with the individual animals vetting and daily care costs, the adoption fee helps Mercy Full Project cover additional vet bills, maintain their facility, and cover the cost of their operations in order to rescue more animals in need.
