Meet Gatsby and Boo-Boo, two stunning chocolate & white; white piebald mini dachshunds with sweet personalities and striking markings. They are affectionate, social, and people-oriented;true lap dogs who love companionship and routine. Both dogs are well-handled, indoor dogs, and do best in a calm, loving home that understands dachshund care, including spinal safety (no excessive jumping, ramps preferred). They enjoy walks, cuddling, and being close to their humans. Gatsby and Boo-Boo have been raised together and would ideally be placed as a bonded pair, though individual placement may be considered for the right home. Experienced dachshund owners are strongly preferred. We are seeking a responsible, permanent home only. A rehoming fee applies to ensure a serious and committed adopter. Vet reference and meet-and-greet required. Located in San Diego / SoCal. Please message with details about your home, experience with dachshunds, and why you & why you would be a great fit.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Please meet Patrick a 5 Month old Dachshund/Terrier with a Black & White Coat and the cutest Fuzzy Ears.  He does get along with other dogs and people a bit shy at first but then he just wants to be held and loved.  We rescued him from Chula Vista Shelter he was abandoned with his Mom.  We also have Mom who will be available soon.  Patrick is vaccinated, microchip and neutered.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 25, 2026, 9:24 pm

Story
Milo is a rescue from San Diego. He is 1 years old, born on March 4, 2024. He is very energetic, super loving and needs of lots of attention and exercise due to his energetic personality. He has a cat sister and they love to rough house, steal each others treats, and cuddle. If possible I’d love for them to be adopted together, and I’m sure they would too. He loves to hike, swim in the beach, play fetch, and go on a leash free park to run and sniff around. He can be reactive to other dogs when only on a leash, but off leash he is friendly and even skiddish at times. He loves to display his tricks for some treats. He is house trained and kennel trained, but pee’s when excited. He would be great in a home where he has a lot of attention and is super active everyday.

Elmer is an active dog despite his age, adorable, loving and loves to receive cuddles and affection. Good with children and adults, he needs a calm environment where he can play from time to time and rest when he needs it. He likes balls and resting on a big bed. He has few teeth for his age and eats wet food to make it easier for him. He adapts quickly to new environments, he is a very sociable dog with people. He is a charming and wonderful dog that you fall in love with quickly. The $350.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to San Diego, CA. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date. Tick control up to date. Microchip. Microchip registration to new owner paid for. Collar. Temporary leash.
