Story
Hi! My name is Rocco, and I am new here at HSEC! Staff and my fosters say I am one of the sweetest, big, goofy guys you have ever met. I am still showing off my gentle personality! Stay tuned to learn more about me! Rocco has tested positive for heartworms. HSEC gives heartworm-positive dogs a course of antibiotics. They then receive monthly heartworm prevention, as any dog should. We recommend speaking to your veterinarian before adopting a heartworm-positive dog. Interested in adopting Rocco? Story
Dolly is a Mastiff and she was born February 6, 2021. She has been around children and shows a very calm demeanor. Dolly knows how to sit (by saying sit and by lifting hand as a stop sign),lay down go to bed or &nite nite, time to,basic commands. She likes to chew on large ham bones, we get them from Walmart.com for about $8. Dolly is very food motivated, so seems easy to train. Dolly is very smart and sensitive. She does not do well with loud scolding. Since she is very submissive I wouldnt see why anyone would scream at her anyway. Dolly is house trained. She is let out in the morning between 6-9am and again around 1-2pm to roam the yard and stare at sunlight on the ground. She also likes to sunbathe. She is let out again in the evening. We are seeking rehoming because of our special needs daughter, NOT because of any thing Dolly has done. She is a great dog and a wonderful watchdog/guardian. True mastiff characteristics/personality. Big girl, 110lbs+
