What Makes Brute Special: Cuddle Champion: If snuggling were an Olympic sport, Brute would take home the gold. This lovable lug likes to be as close to his humans as possible. Forget personal space; Brute believes it's his job to keep you warm and loved at all times. Sweet as Pie: Don't let his size fool you—Brute is as sweet as they come. He's got a heart full of kindness and a calm demeanor that makes him the perfect companion for cozy nights in and lazy Sunday mornings. Stealthy Sofa Ninja: Think your couch is safe from Brute's snuggles? Think again! This big boy has mastered the art of sneaking onto the furniture for some extra cuddle time. He might be 140 lbs., but he moves with the grace of a cat… or at least he tries. If interested, please call the shelter at 231-861-5395 and leave a message to be placed on this dog's adoption list. No obligation, but it reserves your place in line on the list. The shelter will contact individuals as they appear on the list. Ask about adoption transportation assistance if you do not live in the local area. The adoption fee is $95 and you receive certificates for $50 towards spay/neuter and $10 towards rabies vaccine if not already done. All dogs are heartworm tested, receive a DHLPP, flea and tick treatment, a bordetella vaccination and are dewormed.
