Story
Meet Titan – Your Loyal and Loving Adventure Buddy! Hi there! My name is Titan, and I’m a 70-pound Labrador/Anatolian mix with a heart as big as my size. I’m looking for a forever family who loves snuggles, outdoor fun, and the companionship of a friendly, loyal pup. I’m proud to say I am potty trained and crate trained. I love running around the yard with my doggy friends and currently share my home with kids aged 3 to 10, who I adore! While I sometimes forget how big I am when I try to climb into a lap, I’m always working on being as gentle as I can. I do need a little extra time to warm up to adult men, but I get along wonderfully with women and kids of all ages. Once I trust you, I’m all in! I’m also super smart and would benefit from some training to fine-tune my manners—I’d love to show you how eager I am to learn. My dream home would have a big, fenced yard where I can run and play to my heart’s content. If you’re looking for a loving, playful companion who’s ready to bring lots of joy to your life, I’m your guy. Let’s meet and see if we’re the perfect match! The adoption fee of $400 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family. Adoption fees are the primary way that Starfish is able to continue to our mission to provide medical care, transport, and rescue to dogs in overcrowded shelters. Find out more about our mission here: https://www.starfishanimalrescue.com/ IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Although we do our best to describe breed, since our pups all come from shelters we can not and will not make any guarantee on breed or size. We can tell you that they are 100% RESCUED! And that is the BEST breed! *please note that we are a foster home based rescue and we do home visits as part of the adoption process - we are unable to adopt to families who live outside of the Chicago and surrounding suburbs.
