Story
I was happy to have my sister with me, but so sad that she's passed away. You see our person, also, passed away and no one in the family wanted us so we were whisked off to the loud county shelter. I huddled together, with my sister, trying to act brave, but in truth I was scared to death. Then a friendly face appeared to take me to a place with lots of other dogs my size. I'm fine with other small dogs. I've been through a lot for 14 years old, but I'm hopefully that someone wants a sweet, tiny girl like me.

These pups are in Auburn, Georgia too!

Story
Whiskey is the perfect mix of puppy energy and soulful affection. His absolute favorite thing in the world is his ball—he loves to run, retrieve, and bring it right back to you for another throw. He has the stamina to play for hours, making him a fantastic match for older children who want a tireless playmate. But once the ball is put away, Whiskey reveals his softer side. While he might be just a little shy upon first meeting, give him an hour and he will be your shadow. He loves to be held, is currently learning to give kisses, and will literally melt into your arms when you pick him up. He gets along great with other small dogs and is even friends with the feral/outdoor cat in his foster home. Whether you are a family with older kids, a couple, or single, Whiskey seems to adapt perfectly to the vibe of the home. Whiskey is ready to be your loyal best friend. If you have a ball to throw and a lap to offer, he’s ready to come home. Apply today on the MACS Friends website!December 16, 2025, 9:45 pm
