Hello 👋🏻 FCCR friends!!! My name is Emmy and I am 3 year old, 18 lb Maltipoo (my parents were a Maltese and a Poodle). The nice ladies at FCCR saved me from a loud shelter where I was scared 😢 and nervous 😬 and promised me a new life where I would be safe and loved. 🥰 I can’t wait to my forever home. 🏡 Is that with YOU?! My life before coming here was ruff and I still get nervous with new people and places. Once I know I am safe, I will lay in your lap for cuddles 😍 and will be your faithful companion. I don’t like to be with other dogs so I would like to find an ADULT-ONLY home where I can be your one and ONLY fur princess and don’t worry I have great house manners. I haven’t met cats yet so I don’t have an opinion on them. 😆 I like to get out and explore and walk pretty well on my leash but I enjoy playing and feel safer in a fenced-in backyard so I’m hoping my new home will have one of those. My foster mommy is helping me build my confidence and learn how to play with toys (they keep throwing them but I don’t know why they don’t run and pick them up 😂) and basic commands. Hello friends!! My name is Cappy and I’m a very handsome (if I say so myself) 10 year old Malipoo (Maltese Poodle mix) and weigh just 24lbs. I am the perfect size for cuddling, travel, etc! 😂 My previous owner became unable to care for me and reached out to the nice ladies here to help me . With all the changes in my life, I can initially be shy but I warm up quickly to others and will become your fast friend!! My foster mommy says I’m a total velcro dog…not sure what that means but I do know I love getting all her attention and more importantly all her belly rubs!! 🤣💕 I’m a pretty insta-fit guy — I have excellent house manners and would do well in a condo or home. I am great in the car and love to go for rides especially if we are going to a pet friendly restaurant or the beach! My foster mommy has taken me to both and I LOVED them! I enjoyed meeting the wait staff at the restaurant and I gave them the old Cappy SMILE 😁 in hopes of scoring a treat. I can get along with another dog who is similar in age and size to me BUT ideally I would prefer a home with no other dogs- after all I am a little attention hog. 😆 I don’t know yet about cats or kids. I am a pretty happy fellow and always have a smile on my face…ready for my new life and adventures with my humans!
