Story
Meet our adorable, tiny, loveable 12 year old active, sassy 6 pound, 12 year old Maltese. This fella acts like a puppy more than a senior.  He arrived at our rescue extremely matted and flea infested. His owner's declining health caused her to neglect this cutie. Mopsy shares his space with 12 other adult dogs and 5 pups. He gets along fine with all except for our 50 pound Lab which he wants to boss around. Mopsy has been neutered,  vaccinated,  and his senior bloodwork showed congestive heart failure so he will need to take Vetmedin medicine for the rest of his life. He also has a heart murmur.  Our veterinarian gave him a complete dental which required extraction of all of his remaining rotten teeth. He also had a beautiful grooming.  Mopsey's adoption fee is $100. Applications to adopt are at kathisk9s.org Meet greets are scheduled only for approved applicants
