Belle came to us after a sad set of circumstances had one of her owners going into hospice care and the other going into a nursing home with no dogs allowed. Initially, she was very scared, but she's really opened up with her foster family and become a fun and playful girl who loves to follow her people around. Belle gets along with dogs of all sizes. She can be a little shy when meeting new people, but she likes to sit and watch until she feels comfortable.She loves scratches and is a total lapdog once she gets to know you. She gives sweet, dainty kisses to her foster family when welcoming them home. Belle is fairly quiet, usually only letting out an excited little bark when she knows someone is coming home. Adorable little Belle would love to find a family with another dog who can help her adjust. She really wants to be with her people, so she'd enjoy a family who is looking for a constant companion. Buttercup is a happy sweet little girl. She does great with kids and is very easy going. She is not a big fan of the crate but has done well outside of it. She loves to play dress up and loves her cozy beds. Precious little Buttercup found herself in a crazy situation - a police abandonment case. Her family was evicted by the bank and left her behind in the house. She unfortunately didnt have the best care, was hungry with abrasions and lots of missing fur on her body. All Dallas Dog adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon finalizing adoption. Puppies adopted under the age of five months require a spay/neuter contract, and all dogs are required to be spayed by six months unless otherwise medically noted. Our dogs are currently on heartworm preventative. Puppies receive 3 to 4 rounds of vaccinations depending on their age, and adults receive two rounds unless they've been with us longer than a year, in which case they receive the booster update.
