oh Stella... She is a bundle of energy and a body full of personality. She is obsessed with playing with other dogs and would do really well with a second dog in the home. She travels about town well in the car and is super friendly to both adults and kids alike. She would do fine with cats, although she has been known to catch a tail or two in her foster home to play with the other dogs. Stella is very smart and very loved .. this one will be hard to let go!

Story

We acquired Bowie when a family friend passed away and he needed a new home. He is really sweet and playfu, loves playing with dogs, kids, adults or anything that moves. He is not a big barker but does bark on occasion and did bark more the first few days when he was getting used to his new home. After that he just barks a little. He is mostly house trained, but definitely still needs someone with the patience to deal with getting him 100%. He also likes to Chew on Everything, more training needed in that area too. But he sleeps when we do, does not bite, and is the most affectionate snuggly little thing. I just don't have the time to put towards the training he clearly still needs. He would do best in a home with kids or other dogs. Preferably both.

My Ginger Ann is spoiled diva. She was adopted from a shelter and it was love at first sight. Over the past years she has become the queen and protector of the house. Ginger loves attention and will let you brush her for what seems forever. She will greet you with so much excitement and energy it will tire you out just to watch her run in circles and jump up and down when you greet her. She loves walks and has no problem letting you know when she's had enough. She loves her belly rubs and fur brushed. She's house broken and crate trained. Her tricks are shaking hands, turning around, praising the Lord (jumping on her hinds legs), sitting and laying down on command. She is truly a house dog. She doesn't mind going outside but not for too long. She gets along with other dogs but once she finished playing she's ready to go in her crate or under my bed. She loves to be with her people and travels well. She loves visiting her favorite store Walmart. A free crate comes with her adoption.

Meet Bender, the adorable 3-year-old Maltese Shih Tzu mix, tipping the scales at 20 pounds. Bender is a shy guy around strangers, not shy to express his discontent in certain situations. However, with a bit of patience and the lure of yummy treats, he gradually warms up. Bender is highly treat motivated. Bender's enthusiasm shines when it's mealtime or time to head outdoors - he can't resist showing his happiness with a joyful spin. Currently refining his potty training, will need some help from his family perfecting this skill. Unfortunately Bender is terrified of leashes, so he will need a home he is free to roam and run around. Bender is a work in progress, demonstrating his commitment to learning and adapting to the world around him. Bender would do best in a home with older children or an adult only home. Bender is a dog selective dog and chooses who he will be friends with. As he does have his boundaries. With being leashed and picked up. I started my rescue journey practically hairless, covered in fleas, raging skin allergies, crusty eyes, and overall shambles. Although I had humble beginnings, I have thrived with the right amount of love and care. I have grown accustomed to my spa days and brushing, as well as my shirts, hoodies, or whatever clothes I am dawned in. I have found my voice and will not hesitate to let you know how I am feeling, which may include a potty break, attention, brushing, a treat, or just to have a conversation! I get along with dogs big, small, old, and young! However I am not cat friendly. I get along with the two legged roommates young and old, or humans as you call them. I am kennel trained and hate to make a mess, but am so happy to make sure every corner of the yard and blade of grass is watered properly. Also because I just want a place to call my own, and it must have my smell.
