This dog's adoption fee is $450. If you are still interested, please read more below. Buddy was originally adopted from ARF in 2019 and has been very well loved. However, his elderly owner is no longer able to care for him properly. Here is what Buddy's human would like you to know about him: Buddy is shy at first. After he settles in and learns to trust his people and his surroundings, he tries very hard to please. He is also very curious, funny, and loving. He likes to tease and he loves to run! He is a devoted, vigilant, and diligent watch dog. He also has several different barks for different situations. He is a fussy eater, and unfortunately, is not housetrained. His owner's wish for him is that he is safe and happy in his new home and that he is able to run and play with all his vigor. Here is what Buddy's foster mom would like you to know about him: Buddy is a sweet boy who is missing his Mom of the last 5 years who had to give him up because of health reasons. Buddy has developed a discriminating palate but his foster Mom has him eating high quality dog food again! His m om was a softie - she was not strict and did not enforce house training, so you will need to finish that job when you get him home. He is not crate trained. He gets along with all the foster siblings and the cats in the house. He is good with the kids too. He is such a goofball and loves walks and to play outside. Buddy is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations and neutered. This dog's family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing.
