Story
Jax is 4 years old his birthday is January 29th. We bought him from a friend breeder who breeds Maltese and Shi thus. He is a loyal dog, loves to lay by your feet, to lick your nose, to cuddle in a blanket. We are giving him up because I am currently in nursing school and my kids are currently involved in so many school activities it’s so difficult to give him the attention he deserves. We are heartbroken to have to come to this decision, but he is home alone most times. He does sleep in his crate. He knows commands such as sit, jump, give me paw, and stay when offered a treat. He loves to take out all his toys from his crate, he loves soft, plush, toys like a lamb or teddy. He knows when u say go get it, to run after his toy. He is pretty good at waiting until taken out to relieve himself. In a new location, as all dogs will mark his territory. I get him groomed about every 2- 3 months at PetSmart, he is only sensitive around his eyes but no other complaints.

They were surrendered to Lil Rascals by their owner because she didn’t want to care for them any longer after having them their entire lives. Bear is an 8-year-old possible Maltese mix and weighs 14 pounds. He is such a sweet boy. He is a quiet and gentle and loving little soul. He loves to sit close to you while watching TV and asks for belly rubs. He is always ready for a snack. Bear loves to go on walks with his mom and they walk great together. Sometimes they bark at other dogs on the walk but Bear is a good little listener. Bear loves to play with squeaky toys. Bear is house trained and sits quietly with his mom on car rides and also sleeps quietly all night beside Chanel in their foster mom’s bedroom. He gets along with all his fur siblings and loves people and would love to find a quiet home with Chanel. Meet Chanel and Bear, a bonded little family of mom and son who truly love each other!  They were surrendered to Lil Rascals by their owner because she didn’t want to care for them any longer after having them their entire lives.  Chanel is an almost 10-year-old possible Maltese mix that weighs 12 pounds. She is the absolute boss of her son Bear, and she loves him dearly. She is such a sweet girl with a lot of personality. She is good with baths, and loves to rub on the grass to dry herself. She is so adorable and affectionate, and gets along with all her fur siblings. Chanel loves to play with squeaky toys. She is house trained and is great on walks with Bear by her side, and is also good on car rides. Chanel sleeps quietly all night in their foster mom‘s bedroom. She barks when the doorbell rings, but is quick to quiet when she is told. Story
Barbara is a 14-year-old Maltese who originally belonged to my mother. Unfortunately, my mother is now seriously ill and can no longer care for her, and I stepped in to help. As Barbara has continued to age, her needs have increased beyond what I’m able to manage in my current situation. She is a sweet, gentle senior who has been deeply loved her whole life. At this stage, she is experiencing age-related incontinence and anxiety/whining, which require a calm environment, patience, and experience with senior dogs. I’m looking for a compassionate, senior-friendly home ideally someone experienced with elderly dogs, incontinence, and end-of-life care. A quieter home with someone who is present more often would be best for her comfort and well-being.
