Later on, the rescuer was able to locate their owner but it turned out to be the owner abandoned them in the park purposely. We assume that Chapsal and his brother used to be chained up in the backyard getting no love or care from the owner. His ankle was fractured when he was found. *Personality: Chapsal is a sweetheart you will fall in love with at first sight. He is very people friendly and loves snuggling but he could be little shy in the beginning. If you are looking for the best lap dog ever he’s it. It’s advised to keep him from jumping he likes using steps or ramps for furniture, and give an extra caution when he uses the stairs. Abigail is a sweet girl that needs time to feel safe. She came into rescue from an extremely high kill shelter, and we are trying to find Abby her best family ever! She did get adopted at the shelter originally, but the adopters did not give her enough time to feel comfortable. She was nervous at their house, and she reportedly bit the adopter. This occured in the first 1 hour of her being home, as the adopters were attempting to pull some mats off of her fur. She needs an adopter that understands the term "go slow". Abigail bonds to one person. She would do best in a female home that does not have many visitors or are willing to separate her when others are present. She is very protective of her owner and bonds to one person. She is currently working on this, but we are searching for a special adopter that can safely manage her "owner guarding" behavior. PEARL would like to tell you about herself! "Hi, My name is Pearl. I am a mom right now, and I have two gorgeous babies. My rescue mom, saved me and my babies because we were in a shelter and I was terrified being there with my two puppies. Thankfully, this rescue got all of us out, and I am in a super nice foster home, raising my two girls. We will all be looking for our loving forever homes very soon. My puppies are approx. 5 weeks old. My wonderful foster mom told me that my past is behind me, and now it is my turn to be loved and cherished for the rest of my life.
