Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.  I was cooling my heels in a crowded shelter until I got lucky and was transferred out to Rockets foster program. I’ve got more room now and a view, but it isn’t home. About me: I like to drown my toy mice in my water dish, I enjoy people scratching me under my chin and petting gets my motor going every time! I’m two years old, and ready to experience the indoor pampered life.  Please apply for me here:  https://www.rocketrescue.org/forms/form?formid=5196  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 13, 2024, 6:30 pm

Story
Sybil (aka Kitten or Meow Meow) has been a part of our family for 10 years now. She came from feral/stray parents and that has always shown in her personality. She has calmed down a lot as she's become an old lady, but she's still a feisty gal who likes to keep to herself and wants space unless she asks for cuddles and pets. We are foster parents and she has done well with the kids that have come in and out of her home, as long as they are respectful and give her space when she asks for it. We no longer have the time and space she needs, she enjoys being inside and outside. We have a fenced yard, but she likes to keep close to home regardless. She is a BIG lady, lots of fluff (and a saggy belly after being spayed) and just overall a lot of cat to love lol her long hair requires maintenance that she won't allow us to do, so we have to sedate her and have her shaved. She's never been around other cats, and has been scared of other dogs but might warm up to them, she likes our dog!
