Story
Meet Stella R. Tois aka "Stella," Jenna C. Brew, and Jennings - 3 one -year-old sisters who are looking for a home. These 3 girls have been with us since they were little kittens, about 8 weeks old. They were found in the parking lot of the brewery in downtown Culpeper.Stella is the braver of the 3 sisters and enjoys being pet, once she gets to know you, on her terms Usually while eating). Jenna C. and Jennings (like twins!) are very shy but submissive. When they need vetted, it isn't difficult to pick them up and place them in a carrier - again, once they are comfortable with you. These girls are not barn cat material. They cannot defend themselves and are not street smart. They are, what we refer to as Violets - or shrinking violets. Stella, Jenna, and Jennings need a patient, quiet, loving home where they will be loved for who they are and their new person or family will be patient until they come out of their shell and learn to trust. They are litter box trained, but at times can knock the litter out or knock the box over. Easily fixed. They are not aggressive. They do not claw furniture and would love a large climber in front of a sunny window. Because they are not lap cats, they have lived a year in foster care and are yearning for their new home.Won't you please open your heart to them? Their perfect home would be a quiet, low activity home with either no children or children over the age of 14. Adoption fee - adopt 1 get 2 free. They just need a good, loving home. Story
Hi there. My name is Tabbi short for Tabitha. My est DOB is Sept of 2019. I'm a sweet and chill kitty who loves to be loved. I hold a steady job in the biscuit making industry. When I'm off work, I enjoy lazy days, eating, and a warm lap. Making biscuits is a demanding job, so on my off days, I take it pretty easy. We want to make adopting easy for you! Here’s our application:   https://form.jotform.com/232837730565159  Once you complete it, we’re on it! We’ll call your vet (or personal reference) the next business day. Then we like to do a brief video chat (FaceTime if you have it) so you can show us your new pet’s home - where they’ll sleep, eat, and play. During our chat, we can also give you tips or answer questions about how to successfully integrate your new family member into your household, especially if you have other pets. Our adoption fee is $150 and covers our costs of spay/neuter, vaccinations, vet exam, and supplies. (Once old enough, all our cats are current on their shots and have been spayed/neutered.) We’re a strictly no-kill shelter just for cats. We’re cage-free, donation-based, and volunteer-powered. We’re small but special and we’re glad you found us! For more info don’t hesitate to call or text us at 540-987-6050 or email us at adopt@rappcats.org. October 4, 2024, 2:10 pm
