Story
WHAT A SNUGGLY BEDMATE! DOB 9/1/24 Hey there, everyone! I’m Wolfie, as in Wolfman. To quote Foster Meowmy, I’m “the sweetest little monster.” Personally, I don’t agree with the monster business. I think I’m a friendly, affectionate, and handsome black Maine Coon/ Domestic Medium Hair mix fella with a white locket and a big fluffy tail who loves when Foster Meowmy covers my face with kisses. I sleep in bed with her – either right next to her or on top of her. She thinks I’m so cute when I nestle in the crook of her arm that she doesn’t move lest to wake me, even when her arm goes numb. While we’re closely snuggled, I may nibble on her hair because I think it’s yummy. When she wakes up the next morning, I greet her and follow her around until she picks me up and kisses me “good morning.” Yes, I will harass her until she at least notices me and gives my chin or cheeks a good affectionate scritch. In our more active moments, we play a good game of fetch with paper-wads or lightweight toys. When I’ve been naughty (which isn’t very often) and she yells at me, I immediately get a case of the zoomies to flee her scolding. I can’t get the hang of not being a baby anymore, so when I need a little cat nap or rest from our interactive play, I find a place to sleep where Foster Meowmy thinks that I don’t fit – but it’s actually just the right size, even if it's a little snug. Close spaces satisfy my feline sense of security anyway. My siblings and I were found trapped in the wall at Foster Meowmy’s apartment complex when we were about three weeks old. Thank heavens Foster Meowmy offered to foster us when she found out about our rescue. Our momma was nowhere in sight, so Foster Meowmy bottle-fed us. Now I’m ready to find my forever home. If you’re looking for a fluffy, handsome dude who’ll steal your heart, I’m the boy for you! Arrange to meet me today! I’m all ready for you to kiss my face! By the way, please consider adopting me with my foster mate Cleo, who’s also fluffy. Although we’re available separately, we think it’d be the cat’s meow if we could have a built-in playmate and cuddle buddy while you’re at work or on vacation. HOPE ID 24-0928-A061 If you are interested in Wolfie and would like to fill out an online Cat Adoption Application, please go to http://www.homelesspets.net/adoption-forms/cat-adoption.php . Submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt, but it initiates contact with us and gets the process started. If you have questions prior to filling out the application or want to find out which adoption site this feline will be this week-end, email us at hope@homelesspets.net , and a volunteer will get back to you.

Story
Echo is a Maine Coon mix. She is a spayed and declawed female. The apartments only allow us to have 2 pets so we cannot keep her. Our other pets are older and we feel she will get adopted quicker since she just about to turn 4 in April. Echo is shy but warms up with some cat treats and canned food. We really would like to see her go to a loving home. Please keep in mind she is a big can that weighs roughly 15lbs. Echo has grown up with our border collie mix and another cat. She has been around small children but is reserved around them. She loves to play with toys. We would like her to go to a loving indoor only home since is has no front claws.

Parker is the sweetest boy.  He loves attention, and will just sit with you for hours. Parker even will follow around his foster parents and meow when he wants some pets! He just had his teeth cleaned (due to his age) and blood work done and he is in excellent health.  February 27, 2025, 1:02 pm

Story
I’m a loving survivor! “My name is Marcos and I’m an adorable orange tabby with white tips on my paws. For some reason my owners abandoned me, and I was having a hard time making it on my own in the streets. My rescuers knew I wasn’t meant for that kind of life and brought me inside and got me all patched up; I had some injuries that are all healed up, now. Anyway, I’m leaving that part of my life in the rear view mirror and I’m just looking forward to my new forever family. I can be a little cautious until I get to know you, but once we’re buddies I love petting and sitting in your lap. I’m the kind of guy who enjoys some time on his own, too, so please don’t take offense. I’m somewhat of an explorer so I’ll go sniffing around the house just searching to see if I can find something or somewhere new and interesting. I can also be quite chatty and vocal; sometimes it will be to tell you about my day and other times I think it’s because I was abandoned. There are 3 other kitties in my foster home and they like to hiss at me when I come around them, but I just keep on walking and don’t pay any attention to them. I’m quite smart, too, because once I had a scratcher to use I didn’t try to scratch on the furniture again. In spite of the tough turn my life took, I’ve kept my loving heart, adorable looks and friendly personality. I’m hoping you’ll ask me to extend my paw and join your family. Ask to meet Marcos and let’s make it happen.”

Story
If you would like more information about Gandalf or are interested in adopting him, please send an email to minapuey@gmail.com or contact this number, 832-693-9206 We feed cats outside of our foster cat home and Gandalf was the lucky one out of the bunch to make it inside where he felt comfortable to stay. During his stay, he’s learned how to be a cuddle bug while still staying at his roots of being a feral cat. Gandalf is a cat that is not for the faint of the heart. He shows so much love but can bite when not careful. He needs to be adopted as a only cat in the family. Once again, He is very sweet and will be by your side no matter what. He would be best with an expert-level cat owner. This animal posted is not under the care, custody, or control of Friends For Life and shall at no time be considered the property of Friends For Life.
