Story
Plea for help from Jonathan: “My friend and I took in several feral cats a while ago. Most are now socialized and many are bonded pairs/families. Since we are both experiencing severe health problems currently and a move from the area has become necessary, we can no longer care for the cats. We are looking for good homes for them.   We are located in Clinton, MD (southern PG County). The best method of reaching us is: zcathouse.md@gmail.com”   Mushmellow [a.k.a. 'Mush'] (NM, Brown Tabby?, DLH?/Maine Coon?, ~7+ years?) & Scout (NM, Black, DSH, ~6+ years?) Mush[mellow] never liked hanging out at the salad bowl, but his food bowl is his claim to fame and weight gain. Scout waits patiently for his turn. And even though Mush also hogs their bed, Scout still loves him and they always work it out. They are best buds for life! Two gentle giants who were found at our local Rite Aid, and are, thus, referred to as the "Rite Brothers". That said, we don't know whether they are siblings, or even related at all, though it is clear they are strongly bonded and have great affection for one another. Mushmellow was initially quite larger than Scout, so we believe there may be some age difference. Whatever the case, they are both big dudes who will need lots of exercise - along with a relatively strict diet. Mushmellow has a tendency to give some pretty strong 'love bites', but he means well. Scout, on the other hand, likes to make sure he knows where his 'brother' is most of the time.   Disclaimer: AAHA provides complimentary listings for members of the community who wish to rehome their pet, as well as for other shelters/ rescues to assist them in finding Furever homes. Story
Please note that the cat that my husband and I like to call Relentless is in the Maine Coon cat family of cat breeds. Our neighbors were under the impression that they could manage to breed pit bulls, Maine Coon cats, and five children of their own without properly nurturing the beautiful animals that they intended to be responsible for. Instead of finding a home for this lovely, nice, personable kitten, they refused to allow her back in their home for months. After she was about to breed kittens again amid the hurricane season, my husband had prepared a nice shelter and cushioned area outdoors where she decided to live until her kittens were born; my husband and I made certain she was fed, warm, and dry until she had her litter of kittens. Once she had her litter, we were uncertain about how many kittens were born until she was prepared to share them. Approximately three (3) weeks ago, she brought her kittens to our home on the front porch, which brings us to now.

Story
Here my best buddy and with a heavy heart needs to be re homed. His name is fred beans. Hes great with people and kids loves to cuddle quirky and curious, loyal cat. Is an inside cat who loves to hang out in windows and watch the outdoors. My wife and i recently just our first child and we think she may be allergic. Fred is currently in our office area to keep the rest of the house cat free for the baby. He loves strings and straps and also has regular mini stuffed toys he like to play with. He has lots of hair that needs to be tended too. We feel it would be better for him to be rehoused and happier. If your out and about hes very independent as well but he will greet you at the door when you return. He can be a picky eater with treats sometimes but he loves tuna. Does not like harness or collars but he will wear a collar and flee collar. He has never had flees the last 4 years we had him. All shots up to date. So if you want to cuddle the best boy beans and make blanket biscuts lmk!
