Rue and Link are probable littermates, born in the spring of 2015. Not sure of breed, Maine Coon was closest. They are a bonded pair and get along very well, just the usual playing that "looks" like a fight! LOL. They were adopted from the Niagara County SPCA and are my mother's cats. My mother has recently had to be placed in a nursing home, and I have been taking care of them in my home. My mother's stay in a nursing home was to be temporary for rehabilitation, but she is not well enough to live on her own anymore. Rue and Link are wonderful cats, absolutely beautiful and very friendly, but different. Link will be your buddy, he will get used to you quickly and want to be around you much of the day, though he will go off and nap on his own. Rue is more quiet, she spends lots of time by herself, but she will come and find you for some attention. My life just doesn't work with having to care for pets long term, otherwise I would consider keeping them myself, they are very gentle.
