Story
This is Nala. She is a mix of calico, tortishell, and mainecoon. She is 9-10 years old and I’ve had her since she was 4. If you're looking for a loyal cat then she is for you. She has a maturity about her, meaning constant contemplation and lying about. She adores laying in the sun and loves wet food more than life itself. She’ll sleep and lay on you whilst you’re sleeping or while you’re sitting down working. I think she grew up with dogs, so she responds to whistling. I have two theories: she hates it and comes to you to make you stop, or she was trained to respond to whistles. Either way, she comes no matter what if you whistle. She does have 6 toes on each front paw. This makes it hard for her to use a scratching post or trim her own claws, so they need to be trimmed regularly. The 6th toes are between her ‘thumbs’ and ‘pointers’.
