Muffin is a gorgeous and affectionate 13-year-old cat who has brought immeasurable love and joy to our family since I adopted her at just 6 months old. Over the years, she has been a loyal and cherished member of our household, always there with her gentle purrs and warm presence. However, as our family grew and we introduced more pets into the home, Muffin began experiencing anxiety. This stress has led to behavioral challenges, including inappropriate urination, despite extensive efforts to help her, including consultations with a vet and medication. Muffin thrives in a calm, one-pet environment where she can be the sole recipient of love and attention. She deserves a home where she can feel safe, secure, and adored just as she has made us feel over the years. This decision to rehome Muffin has been incredibly difficult, but it is made with her best interests at heart.

Muffin has been a great addition to our family. She is 13 and I adopted her when she was 6 months old. Unfortunately she has become very territorial since we have added other furry family members which has caused her to urinate outside her litter box. She would be best suited in home where she could be the only pet.

On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.   Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.   MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization.
