THIS IS A COURTESY POST. Purrfect Friends Cat Rescue and its volunteers have not evaluated this animal in any way and can not be held liable for the current condition or future care of the animal. Please work with the specific contact in the posting to confirm if the animal is spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested, etc. and for a complete description of the animal's personality and behavior traits. Meet bubba! He is so social, so sweet and will be your best bud. He is 5  years old and he is a black smoke maine coon mix. He does great living  with other cats and dogs. However, he would do best in a home without  small children. He loves to play (kicker toys are his favorite) and he  loves to be brushed and will even tolerate getting his hair cut. He’s  very chatty and always on the move around the house. He’s very affectionate and loves to get your attention! Contact Alison  alisontullius@outlook.comDecember 15, 2025, 10:36 am

Story
Hello. I've taken in a cat 4 years ago that began showing up on the front porch. I don't live on my own and it would be best to give her to a permanent stable home. I never officially gave her a name, while she does know words but not a name. You may give her a name. I will give all supplies and blankets she uses etc. She needs to be in a stable home without much noise, chaos, or future life changes. No young kids and they need to be gentle around her. No other pets unless in a cage or bowl or they are very submissive/gentle. An individual, couple, or older kids would be best. She hisses but doesn't fight. She mostly sleeps with some outdoor time on front porch, backyard or in a window. She likes to sleep next to you on the couch or under a table. She doesn't like bad weather, hides under basement steps with light on during heavy rain or storms. Likes music and lights on bad weather days. Music every time you are leaving the house. Lights on if you'll be home after dark.

Story
Jay was adopted and was living his best life. Then his human got married and along came two dogs. Jay spent his time living in terror as he was so scared of the dogs. Jay developed anxiety and stress due to the dogs trying to get to know him. Jay is looking for a home without dogs. Jay would like a home where his only requirement is giving and receiving love. Jay is a cuddle buddy supreme.

Story
We rescued Lilo & her brother on 07/22/2019. They were abandoned and left in a park in a Kroger bag. When our son found them we knew we had to provide them a good home. Lilo is an indoor/outdoor cat. She has her own cat window so she can come & go. Lilo is adventurous, but also loves her cuddle time. We would not be looking at rehoming her because she’s absolutely the most precious cat, but we had two cats before her and here recently she has been wanting to mark her territory where the other female cat uses the restroom. We have exhausted all of our options at home to try to keep all three cats together we believe she would do great and either a single cat home or with just a male cat as a companion. We are hoping she can bring love to another family.

Story
Loki is 6 years old. He's nervous around new people, but can slowly build trust. Most days he is in hiding somewhere around the house and will come out a few times a day for food / love. He isn't the biggest fan of dogs, but is tolerant. He can be sweet, but also will let you know when he wants alone time.
