A Heartbreak He Doesn’t Understand: Meet Seamus
At 12 years old, Seamus thought he knew exactly how the rest of his life would look. He expected the same cozy spot on the sofa, the same familiar voices, and the same hands to brush his long, white and orange fur until the very end.
Instead, Seamus is wondering what he did wrong.
After over a decade of loyalty, Seamus lost his home and his entire world because someone in the house developed an allergy. In an instant, this distinguished gentleman went from a beloved family member to a "displacement."
About Seamus:
A Gentle Soul: He is 12 years young with the softest long hair you’ve ever felt.
The Shy Spectator: He will hide at first, tucking his paws away and watching with wide, worried eyes.
A Professional Lover: Once he knows he’s safe, Seamus transforms. He lives for chin scratches and gentle pets. He will lean his entire weight into your hand, purring as if to say, "Please don't leave me again."
What He Needs:
Seamus doesn't need much. He needs a quiet corner, a soft bed, and a human who understands that love doesn't have an expiration date. He has so many years of companionship left to give—he just needs someone to give him a chance to show it.
Senior cats are the hardest to rehome, but they love the deepest. They know what it means to be rescued.
Will you be the one to tell Seamus that his story isn't over yet?
Please Share: Even if you can’t adopt, one share could reach the person who will bring this gentleman home.
"To love a senior cat is to give them the dignity of a beautiful ending to a long story."

Please complete our online Adoption Application. An application is required to move forward with any adoption. NO PHONE CALLS, PLEASE!
All Full of Cattitude cats have been spayed or neutered, given one distemper vaccine, a rabies vaccine (if old enough), microchip, and have been tested for FeLV if under 6 months of age and for both FeLV/FIV if older. Placements are made based on the needs of each cat. There is a screening process and a contract must be completed prior to any adoption. Renters will be asked to provide proof that pets are allowed. The present adoption fee is $125.00 (please note this amount may change without notification).
All cats in our care were rescued from various situations and may have experienced health issues or trauma. While we provide comprehensive veterinary care, including deworming, defleaing, and treatment for any existing conditions, we cannot guarantee that a cat will remain completely healthy after adoption. It's important to understand that cats can develop health issues at any time, and regular veterinary check-ups are recommended. By adopting a rescue cat, you're giving a deserving animal a second chance at a happy and healthy life.
