Story
de Oro (of gold) was taped into a cardboard box and left outside an office. He is very shy, but totally sweet-natured ... in no way aggressive. Having said that, he behaves almost feral if you try to pick him up. He is beautiful and has amazingly soft hair and purrs whenever he is pet ... loves the attention ... but is still working on coming out for attention. He is 5-7 years old. Like most rescues, we don't believe he is a purebred anything, but he is so non-aggressive, so soft and has tufts of white coming out of his ears ... like a small Maine Coon. He has white at his throat. He keeps getting prettier and rubs against my legs when feeling confident.. He loves to be around the other non-aggressive cats, but won't defend food against the aggressive ones. On the other hand, he loves Fancy Feast!. We consider de Oro a "project" since we expect him to continue getting prettier and more loving ... but have no idea how long that will take. It won't happen in rescue with other cats. Story
Molly has been a sweet, gentle young girl with me for 2 years. She wants to be with her human and acts like a Ragdoll as she loves to lay in your lap. She is a quiet talker and she knows her name, comes when she hears you call her. I love Molly but unfortunately I rescued a male cat from a deplorable situation a year ago and they have not gotten along. Molly tends to run after him and now he is upset and has begun to misbehalve. You would ask why I don't rehome the other cat - well, since he is misbehaving it would be wrong to rehome him to someone else and then make him their problem. I will work with the male cat and am hoping he will be a good boy once he is alone. This is a very difficult situation for me since I love all animals but the male cat is not using his cat box and I have to make a choice to correct the problem - unfortunately, I think it is Molly. I believe Molly needs to be the ony cat in the household. Please contact me and let's talk about Molly and your home.

Story
Lilly is 1 of 5 kittens (Stanley, Turtle, Dory, and Guppie) that was born here to a feral mom. Lilly is the shy one of the bunch. She loves playing with her siblings and other friends here, but she is more focused on them than her humans. She loves pets and loves but doesn’t search it out. We suspect her personality will change as she gets alittle older. She gets along with other kittens and adults. She would love to have one of them as a companion, but it isn’t required. Lilly has been health checked, altered, vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed. She will come with her medical records, new kitty carrier, baby blankie, dry food, variety of wet food, litter, new litter box if needed, treats, snacks, favorite toys, new toys, and whatever else she has claimed as her own while on vacation with us. Story
Stanley is 1 of 5 kittens (Lilly, Guppie, Dory, Turtle - all up for adoption) born here, after trapping his feral mommy. He is the most active and playful of the bunch. He can be very dominate over the other kittens in the house. He is very active and needs space to run and lots of toys to play with. Stanley loves pets and sitting with you on the couch as much as he does playing! He seems very mature for his age and is pretty confident in himself. He investigates things instead of hiding. He is the first to check out the vacuum, not run from it. Stanley gets along with other cats of all ages. He has been raised with all the kitties we have up for adoption and gets along great with all of them. If you’re thinking of getting 2, Stanley would be thrilled to have any one of them come with him to his new home. Stanley has been health checked, altered, vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed. He will come with his medical records, new kitty carrier, baby blankie, dry food, variety of wet food, litter, new litter box if needed, treats, snacks, favorite toys, new toys, and whatever else he has claimed as his own while on vacation with us. Story
Flame was born to a feral mom after a horrific house fire that claimed the lives of several of his mommies colony friends. We found out about Flame and his sibling after we were asked to help locate some of the missing “fire cats.” Flame was raised by a wonderful neighbor who had children that played with them daily. They are all very docile kittens who have no fears. They love playing with the other kittens in the house and get along with the adult cats as well. Flame loves to snuggle on the couch and seeks out attention in both play and pets. He would do good in any home with children old enough to respect him and are careful when handling. He does have a bond with his sister, Ember. He can often be found snuggling and playing with his other friends here. He would love to go home with his sister or a friend but it isn’t required. Because he lacks fears, his environment must be safer than most. He won’t be deterred by loud noises or have a flight response. He can easily be a door jetter. So extra care must be taken. Flame has been health checked, altered, vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed. He will come with his medical records, new kitty carrier, baby blankie, dry food, variety of wet food, litter, new litter box if needed, treats, snacks, favorite toys, new toys, and whatever else he has claimed as his own while on vacation with us. If you are interesting in adopting or meeting Flame, please fill out our questionnaire. https://forms.wix.com/r/7207729348810375426
