Story
Meet Frodo, a 10 year old, male Lhapso Apso! He is a super sweet dog who is good with other dogs. He was found as a stray and was not reclaimed. He weighs about 13 lbs and would be a great companion for someone who is home most of the time. He walks well on leash. Frodo is neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped, fecal and heartworm tested negative. He does have a grade 5 out of 6 heart murmur but does not have any clinical symptoms which warrant him being on any meds for this. We require an adoption application, phone interview, virtual house check, and meet and greet with your entire family. Honey & Jax are an amazingly sweet senior duo looking for a retirement home. Their whole world was turned upside down when they were relinquished last week due to personal issues with their family. Honey is 13 years old, Jax 9 and they’ve spent their whole lives together. Honey has been very sad and shut down, but Jax is always looking out for her. These babies don’t have a mean bone in their body and just want to curl up in your lap.Honey had some medical issues that were taken care of, she had infected teeth pulled and a lipoma removed from r her leg. She and Jax both suffer from dry eye and have just started medication to help.Do you have it in your heart to welcome these gentle dogs into your home?!

Story
  Billy is a 5-7 yr old Lhasa Apso/Maltese mix.  He was found as a stray and has a high drive to get out and walk the neighborhood.  A secure fenced in yard and multiple walks a day are a requirement.  He is good with cats and dogs but is independent.  He loves people, especially children, and will make a good family pet.  He walks well on a leash and is self sufficient, not needy at all.  He will sleep on the floor, in a bed, whatever you prefer for him he is content with.  He is fixed, up to date on vaccine, microchipped, and HW/Fecal negative.
