If you think personal space is overrated and want an A+ cuddler who will keep you warm during winter and company during summer, Barney may be your match. A shy fella, it takes a little while for him to warm up to new people, but once you're in the club, he will be your shadow and completely devoted. His foster dad shared that he even wants to touch you when he's sleeping - he just loves his people nearby. Barney is around 3 years old, 16 lbs, and is up to date on all vaccines. Story
Appa is six years old. He is very affectionate and loyal. He loves to go on walks and he sleeps all day when not outside. If you give him a tennis ball, he will entertain himself for hours. He is very protective of family. He gets groomed once every 6-8 weeks, but needs a bath once a week + moisturization due to his sensitive skin. He is scared of thunderstorms and has a history of scratching up doors if left alone during a storm. He does get eye and ear infections from time to time. I have a prescribed eye ointment I use when it flares up and Zymox is the only thing that works for the ears. I do find that frequent baths help prevent the infections. He is potty trained and will only have an accident if not walked twice a day.
